  • can somebody please write me the lyrics please please, somebody can help me, writing the lyrics to me please.... please.....

  • As much as I love the Italian version......these English lyrics are tons better than Laura Brannigan's!!! At least this is more of a love song....Laura's version makes "Gloria" sound like a psycho!! :) (PS did I mention this is coming from a Gloria????) ;)

  • @glo146 Actually, the 'Gloria' in Laura's version was apparently a hooker...

  • @jemmabond Oh, great, LOL!

  • wonderfulllllllllllll !!!! i love this song!!!!!!

  • i like his hair

  • I don`t know which is the original version....but I love it in Italian!!!!! Beautiful Umberto Tozzi!!!! not always are the best americans.

  • @Matahari220409 the original version is the italian one by Umberto Tozzi

  • forever bonita

  • Cette version est trop, trop pire que celle de Laura Branigan. La version espagnole était déjà insuportable. La version italienne est la meilleur de tous elles.

  • I prefer the Laura Branigan lyrics for the english version.

  • Dedicated to the man of my dreams...still waiting...

  • Todas Las versiones De Gloria Son Muy Buenas En Italiano, Espanol En Ingles , Y En Todos Los Idiomas

  • Amazing Song! Love it!

  • i love the spanish version better

but no matter in which language he sings'

    he is spectacular

  • its actually italian

  • wheres sabrina salernos version....

  • alguien puede regalarme la letra!! Please.

  • In Italian...spanish...french...or English... Umberto's voice... is.. deep...warm...and.. brilliant...

    He's a magnificent songwriter...singer and musician too...

    I love him... :-))

  • he is soooooooooo sweet

  • can you write the lyric???? Please I need :)

  • This song is the shit

  • the song sounds miles better in Italian.

  • heyhey, gives some thumbs up to the person above me. Saying something is "the shit" in american slang means "awesome", not bad, hehe. she's saying it's good not bad.

  • I had NO IDEA that Tozzi also did an English version!

(MUCH different than Laura Branigan's version!)

  • This song is awesome im italian and i heard this song when i was around 10 years old and it is an awesome song but better in italian. never heard the spanish version though.

  • no sabía que existía una versión en inglés..bueno igual está chevere....

  • The video is not for the English version but the vocals sounds like its Tozzi. Is that really him singing?

  • Yes, the footage is from an Spanish TV Show, the Audio is taken from de LP "Gloria" Australian edition

  • I prefer the Spanish version that he did and then the Italian version. They both are more romantic. Laura Branigan's version in English is good but the lyrics are completely different. I mean, in Laura Branigan's version, Gloria appears to be a tramp or a crazy girl going after men; Even she calls Gloria crazy and voices in her head... going by an alias... Anyway, Laura Branigan's really good rythm but lyrics have nothign to do. Tozzi's English version tries to stick to the original.

  • It's not Tozzi singing.

  • You mean this English version doesn't have Tozzi singing?

  • Surely it is Tozzi

  • Ur right. That is wat i though w/ laura's version!

  • R U trolling me?? :-))

  • One year ago You wrote that Umberto Tozzi didn't had to sing GLoria in english version..because it belongs to Laura Branigan..Completely wrong this statement

  • Ur still wrong! Did u just make tat up?

  • Bellissima ma la miglire è sempre la versione italiana, anke quella spagnola nn c'è male!

  • si.

  • Beautiful song. Lyrics even better than Laura Branigan's version!

  • I must disagree. In Italian and even in Spanish, this song had a certain romantic feel to it. But when it was translated, it wasn't as good. Laura's had a better set of lyrics for the english version,, but Umberto still is on top for the foreign languages in which this song was sung. But I do agree with the fact that it's a great song.

  • Gloria is not a bitch ;)

  • It's a nice song, but I think the translation weakens its deeper feeling.

  • bella anche questa versione

  • I prefer his Italian version, and the videos of him singing it as an older man, but this is still wonderful!

  • Excellent! I love it!
