I know what you mean about the 'grime' on the pole after a bit of poling! I thought I just had really oily/dirty/sweaty hands!

awesome, love this vid - the handspring mount to superman actually looks like a good way to learn the handspring - well, if you can do the superman! reminds me of doing cartwheel mount to butterfly to get the hang of it....will have to try and see if it's one of those ones that looks a lot harder than you make it look, lol!!!

Lazy One Up is the easiest way to learn the handspring mount!!

Outside leg hooks at either the side of the foot or heel.

Thanks Alena, it's a new favorite. That was actually all done on the static mode until the very last move, I'd be scared silly trying that on the spinny mode...but, now I kinda want to.

I'm looking forward to seeing more of your vids, you've been my biggest inspiration!

Way to go Alena! I still can't get over that whole twisted grip thing. I see that the young lady--Joy--who started this ball rolling down the hill gave a short interview on her club DJ's channel. Seems she polled with her mom from a very young age and has picked up many of her skills "organically." She's really something. Your handspring straight into the Superman is truly amazing! Likewise, doing a shoulder mount already in high pole position! This is why you are our fearless leader!
