This vaguely-authoritative PC Inspector wallah is employed on a fat salary by some Police Force. His PF is in actual fact, legally, a Corporation... an established Company. You can look up their Company records in Dun and Bradstreet.
The only people who can police a Company, ANY Company, are Directors and shareholders.... so the pompous pratt is half-right.... they police themselves.... except they cannot police their company. If you see what I mean..... ;-)
