We need strong technocrats to run the country and safeguard its democracy. If someone is safeguarding the law and prosecuting wrong doers, so be it so people start trusting the government and the rule of law. Anyone against this view is kidding himself/herself for true and democratic institutions inside Afghanistan. We need more people who are strong and willing to apply the rule of law on everyone so we can get rid of the thieves & warlords i.e. northern alliance, hekmatyar, taliban & etc.
