Yes, the Ban was really brave soldier. But alas he belived in the Habsburg lies, and 800years old brothers fought against each other for a throne usurper Kaiser. We, hungarians was also guilty, because our leaders didn't offer equal place to Croatia in our federation immediately. But in spite of the fact I hope after the terrible XX century, our two countries will be friends. Remember, Hungary's help at Vukovar!!

were on Croatian side and we will not forget that Hungaria was our friend when we had hard time,when we fought for independence and when we were attacked from Serbs who had third strongest army in Europe.We didn't have anything except strong will to fight for our freedom.Croatians will not forget that exactly

I also know for intrigues connected to Habsburgs..Croatians will not forget that you Hungarians were on our side when we fought in homeland war,for our independence.First weapons we bought in Hungary.That was in the year 1991 when Serbs had third strongest army in Europe,and we didn't have nothing then strong will to fight for our freedom.Also some Hungarians came like volunteers in Croatian army.Greetings!!

Great video and music,for a man who was really brave.He served to Austrian monarchy,but at the same time he fought for Croatian national interests.So with a blessing of Austrian Kaiser he totally defeated Hungarian revolutionary army.But Croats didn't get nothing for their faithful service to monarchy,almost nothing changed till the end of existing of monarchy 1918.
