Gender Identity Disorder is a real situation. It is not simply someone who is "confused." Many people disagree with using disorder in the name because it implies that something is wrong with the person when in reality it is natural and the APA prohibits psychologists to try to "fix" these people. Go educate yourself before you speak.

we already have discrimination laws, just not for confused people such as yourself.. don't take jobs away from those that aren't confused, better yet stay home and find yourself cuz in the real world you're lost and want the illegal gov't to mandate for you sure footing in the workforce, what's left of it that is.. say NO to shemales workin' next to you at your machine,desk,etc.. see a doctor NOT a legislator..
