Smith has been a bust in Buffalo. He succeeded on the Jets because he played for the best special teams coach in football. Now that he's in buffalo, he hasn't done anything on kickoff returns while the Jets' Joe McKnight leads the league.

@jgc1077 He hasn't done anything on kick offs cause the new kick off rule has put returns on the decline..he's only gotten 15 returns, last year he got 50..and since you posted this a month ago I guess you may be willing to take your words back. they've been playing him at the #2 WR spot the past two games with 11 rec for 149 yards and a TD. Last year for the jets at WR he only had 44 total yards on 4 rec the whole season. the previous few games they weren't getting him touches...

@TheBillsAreDue The idea that he hasn't done anything because of the kickoff rule is absurd. The kickoff rule applies to EVERYONE, and 27 other guys finished ahead of him in average yards per return.

@jgc1077 Brad Smith wasnt the sole return guy on the Bills AND he was moved to WR halfway thru the season, so that is why you get the numbers you have, he did very well in the wildcat and as a WR over the season.

Only one game and pre-season so far, but I'm loving him in Buffalo so far. Awesome on 3rd downs, he's so tricky out of the wildcat. Hopefully we start seeing him throw a bit more though when he's under center so the defense isn't keying on him knowing he's always going to run. It's too bad he's not going to get a ton of receiving time or kick returns but we don't really need him to since we were already strong there. He's been great out of the wildcat though, I'm liking this addition so far.

I am a Chiefs fan, but I am also a Mizzou fan and i would love to see Brad Smith play QB. Hes faster than Vick and he has a good arm, i think he could get the bills into the playoffs!
