Man, those were the days. I was there the night the first album was recorded. Whisky upstairs - down in cellarspliffs 'n coke, eyeballs 'n teeth, sweat 'n funk.

"Hot dogs - hamburgers - spend your money please" "it's cooler outside - room for ten thousand standing outside". Stumbling up the stairs bleary eyed into the dawn and weaving down to the Embankment for a last toke and the first tube.

I was there as well--the"MINGO" was the bits,big eyes and dry throats,great music and great times.I used to go to a club a bit further down"The Discotheque" Up the stairs and into heaven.Out in the morning,down the lane,wander about,back down the "Mingo" then get the tube home.Great times,silly clothes,girls that looked like girls,scooters that always broke down(Well my GS did)Carneby Street before the Yanks got to it.Great club in Carneby St then--The Roaring Twenties.---Memories!!!!!

Yep I had a TV200 which was great my GS also was a bit naf!Flamingo was brill and Zoot Money Geno times were good and yep the girls were the biz lol
