What a waste of tax payer money. Condoms can be used for other purposes. If they get AIDS thats their fault. Prison is not supposed to be a pleasant place for inmates. You don't like it, don't come back!

What a bafflingly ignorant comment. The spread of HIV through prison rape is a death sentence. For the vast majority of offenses, the death penalty is a completely disproportionate response.
