I will try to follow your path.

    Roberto, from Italy

  • @waynebw Could you send it to me as well please. Big fan.

  • @deepakkattar OOOOOOOOWWWWWWWWWWWW MYYYYY GOOOOODDDDDD. Here in the US, people freak out when they here "I'm 5'7 and 85 lbs" alone, but 52, 53? Just eat more carbs.

  • @waynebw

Could you please send it to me as well. Big fan.

  • inspirational

Keep going and you'll easily reach your goal

  • HOLY FREAKIN COW!!!!!!! I've just watched your first video and your last one after not having looked at your first one for a long time. Well done mate. I say again, you are an amazing inspiration. Keep up the great work and keep posting cause you're spurring others on, like me :)

  • Appreciate the comment, thx! :)

  • From where you started, this is definitely huge improvements.

  • wayne can you check your inbox cheers.

  • exercise makes natural growth hormone

  • wayne would it be a good idea to incorporate low intensity cardio into my program, i'm doing your 4 day split program & diet from an earlier vid?

    great effort dude, inspiring.

  • Thanks :) Adding cardio is beneficial, providing you can get in enough calories to support it. I don't do a lot of cardio at this stage as it means I'd have to eat more calories.. 3000 calories can get difficult at times!

  • can you say me howmuch you weight? and with wich exercises you start?? i will preciate that

    Greets from germany

  • How much I weigh? 82 kg in the video, i'm currently 83kg and growing.

  • Such awesome progress mate, As you can see from my videos I am the same skinnyness as you when you started and have yet to make any postive changes. Can I ask what you started eating daily?

  • Thanks, how has your training been going? If you look at my last video (August update) the more info lists the foods I ate mainly. I used to find it hard to eat much at all, but now days eating 3000 calories it not too difficult.

You just need to figure out how to get the calories in, and fit it into your daily regime. I make a massive shake in the morning as it's easy calories and quick. Then I bring lunch and snacks to work.

Just make sure you eat enough that you gain 1lb per week!

  • WOW!! Good job!!

  • you have great shape too your chest, id say your chest workout is well rounded, whats your workout

  • Thanks :) I am happy with how my chest has grown. I do the usual presses and flyes with both machines and free weights, but I have found performing dips properly has added to my chest in areas where other exercises havent. My arms and lats are lagging behind, so have to prioritise them more.

  • do you mind posting your measurements like arms, chest, thighs?

    i would appreciate it

  • Kinta02, I havn't taken many measurements unfortunately. Before I started my arms were a tiny 11 inches, and are now 15 inches when flexed (not pumped). My waist is about 33 inches, normally 32 when lower bodyfat. Sorry don't know any others, I use the mirror mostly to see progress.

  • ya i started doing dips for chest aswell as dumbell pullovers which also work chest and lats, workin hard on lats too, very hard to add size to them, thanks 4 posting wayne

  • Looking good

  • still very impressing, you keep improving fine! :)

  • Hey i just wanted to know what kind of weight training did you do when you started over a year ago? Like what weights? Thanks

  • I started on 12-15 reps per set in the beginning, and once my strength got better I started to increase the weight and do lower reps like8-10. Now days I just load it up heavy and min 5 reps for some exercises (such as chest press) but sometimes I will do up to 10 or so reps if I feel that will work the muscles better. In general stick to 6-12 reps.

  • very nice keep up the hard work...would love to see the rest of that pumped up body...
