You don't have to be born with a pair of drum sticks in your hands to be great. In fact Its more of a personal privilege to learn an instrument during a hard part in your life. cause you truly embrace your feeling and put them into your playing. I have been playing guitar since i was 8, im damn good blah, blah blah. but All my muscle memory, timing, structure has been laid before me and its hard to break out of certain tendancies.

Dax was born in Ohio then moved to New Orleans when he was like 8. Tess (drummer) is a good drummer and she kicks ass live.

Dax is incredible.  His mind is so creative and complex, and his music is so authentic. As far as I'm concerned, he's definitely one of the best musicians ever.
