  • He's not drunk.......he's Ronnie.

  • CHARLIE COCAINE

  • only ronnie?DNT JK

  • I love youse all, you You Tube armchair experts . . .

  • it always amazes me the way those guys can go on stage pissed and doped up yet still play magic music

  • thats more than just alcho there

  • ronnie may have been a little more than drunk... but keith is the best member of the stones hands down fuck what u herd

  • @lukemcd3 Yeah as a legend and an Icon but Ronnie is the better guitarist by far.

  • Mick Jagger is just the coolest man ever.... Sure he was an asshole in the 80's (and now for being the only one who doesn't want to tour. I mean come on, get your fucking head together) but he's still just awesome. They all are.

  • @Yellow4494 yeah man, i hate all the shit people lump on mick - fame didn't "go to his head" or anything he's just a guy who did what he wanted and people didn't like it cos everyone just likes keith

though i wish the dickhead would let the stones tour

  • @mrbeantardis I know, they're the only band that's made it this far. They have to tour now. Keith's great too but the band would really be nothing without Mick's singing and songwriting.

  • Poor Ronnie . He's mild-mannered and has to put up with all the conflicting personalities. In Richard's book, he was hard on Ronnie and said that Ronnie let too many people close to him with too many drugs. (Yes, Richards said that??!) And that he hit him once. Nothing seemed to make Richards angrier than if the any of the others weren't holding up their end and he had to fill in their parts. he also said that when Ron goes to rehab over and over it's actually gambling rehab so they drink.

  • @nestorian9 But, interestingly, Ronnie seems to be the one Rolling Stone that is friends with people out in the world. I think he was the only stone at Macca's wedding. Mick ego has floated out into the ether. He's smart and professional and talented but let's face it..they haven't written anything in a long time. Keith is the heart and soul and Jagger has such ego issues with Richards we'll never get to hear another good new Rolling Stone song. Sad. Too much ego.

  • Ron Wood? You there buddy?

  • É di Kumê?

  • All of them needed medical attention indeed. I don't know if it's true but , after analysis, doctors would have found in their veins small traces of blood in the heroin !

  • Look, these guys can hold their liquer. So, long they give a great preformance, who gives an ass of a rat?I hate men who can hold their liquer.

  • YEAH SI QUE SI LOS MEJORES TIMES DE LOS ROLLING STONES LA GIRA DEL 81 FUE UNA DE LAS MEJORES YEAH ROLLING STONES FOREVER

  • haha drunk or not, this song sounds loads better than what's on the radio today. Wish I could've experienced it first hand.

  • jagger looks muffed too

  • It was raining...

  • In the book "Under Their Thumb" by Stone's associate & journalist Bill German, he describes how Ron Wood & he would make prank phone calls. Ron would check the classified ads for local bar bands looking for a guitarist, & then phone them. When they'd ask what experience he had, he'd say, "well, currently I'm working with the Rolling Stones, & I used to play with the Faces, & Jeff Beck...". He'd get that far & they'd hang up on him, thinking he was some kind of joker or goof, LOL.

  • its real rock nroll dont like it dont watch or listen like it or not thats how these songs where made

  • @babayabadabadu rock nroll asshole dont like it dont watch, see ur point ,but like it or not this is how great musics made

  • damn he looks like hes having a fucking blast, and so does the audience!

  • saw them on this tour in dallas on they started playin this as rain was comin across the feild still 1 of best shows ive ever been to

  • Ron wood was always a fool and a fucking loser should have fucked im off years ago

  • @babayabadabadu i second that =_=

  • They all look messed up to me!

  • ok starting 1:45 jagger starts a story with man by the of jimi and the dude dies? is he talking about hendrix here or am i trip'n haha. Any who love the Stones man million Licks peeace

  • Ronnie+leather pants+stumbling drunk/high still = a bad ass fine ass mofo

  • I saw this tour, but the show I was at the sound was terrible.

  • The best drummer in rock and roll jazz

  • but the boy can still play!!!

  • theyre really ugly

  • I LOVE BILL BASS, HE'S THE MAN TOO!

  • at 1:55 he presumably is singing " I was standing in line for Mr. Gibbrish(=Jagger himself, lol.)"

  • fuckin drunk, fuckin rockin man.

  • 1981 check it out, they obviously havent got clean yet and there coming down hard after a decade or more of partying more then anybody has a right to live through,

what troupers they are, my hats of to mic & the boys - rock on

  • @this1rock Keith was clean by 1981 he finally kicked his habit in 77/78

  • Ronnie Wood seems to me like the one in the band I wouldn't want to meet. He seems like a cunt.

  • Shit housed.

  • a whore ... Mick ... and we already play a concert .... drops to suck to yourself ... There we all look just the way it should be drunk:) the band play the same as

  • What a way to make a living! Betchya Keith wasn't feeling much pain at the time either. No matter, they always knew how to rock it.

  • What a way to make a living!

  • playing guitar when drunk is not that easy i know

  • I was 13 years old watching this on ON-TV and radio simulcast on KLOS in Los Angeles, no surround sound sytem then :-) Ever since then I've been a Stones fan and have gone to see them on every tour since.

  • man mick looks like shit here (in addition to ronnie)... but nonetheless a great song

  • Wow this was from 1981 Richards looks so young. lol

  • My heroes!!

  • I love the Stones and the music they play but doesn't Charlie Watts look like Michael McDonald's character "Stewart" from MAD TV??? 2:22?

  • @hipiloto Holy shit he does!!!!!

  • LMAO! I was thinking the exact same thing (at :30 though)!

The bowl cut and the shadow looked like he was wearing boy shorts.

Must be a couple million dollars of plastic surgery on stage there.

  • You can tell it was a while ago Wyman was still with them

  • Whos mister Jimmie

  • @MaharishiMahaYogi That would be Jimmy Miller, their producer from 1968 to around 1973.

  • @j1215hurd Oh, thanks

  • Big deal. I'm drunker than that right now.

  • cool !!!

  • Ronnie is so beautiful being or not being drunk!!!

  • Bring it on!! Me last night. Cool! Greetings from Jimbo

  • Rock Stars drunk on stage?.....say it isn't so...I don't beleive a word you're saying !

(Check out some videos sometime of other heathens that go by TOM PETTY or ALICE COOPER)

  • Charlies haircut is really far out.

  • sounds bad, they didn´t were in good shape back then, as they are now, they kinda lost their musicianship around ´78,,,

  • @towser06 what the fuck are you saying dude

the stones are awesome the hole time they played and where playing on stage

  • Mick Jagger is a track star running around on stage

  • @hypgroove1234 Still is, to this day.

  • You can't always drink what you want...

  • @capgras Yes, that's a good advice: Ronny, you really can't always drink what you want, even if you try al the time!

  • @MannyMUC Ronny ain't playing the guitar i guarentee you that

  • @capgras But if you try sometimes...

  • Do yourself a favor, watch the whole 9 minute version from this show, or better yet, the whole 12-18-81 show. Keith & Ronnie's guitar interplay is outstanding. "The ancient art of weaving" was perfected on this night. The 12-18-81 show got me into the Stones, and playing guitar.

  • Ronny is great drunk or straight.....if you were in The Stones.....wouldn't you party hardy????????

  • Saw 4 shows on this tour, Mpls, 2 shows in Chicago and in Detroit. Highlight was one night in Chicago when all the Playboy Bunnies showed up from Hef's mansion and sat in the front row!

  • Jagger is such a fucking knob.

  • @chairmanmeow1973

And you're such a fuckin much bigga knob....

  • stoned...and probably drunk.

  • He's so stoned

  • Ronnie tha real mothaflower he is the stoned

  • so what?? haha

  • Charlie is so lucky to have a chair to sit down on, nobody ever suspected his chemical problems! Charlie just did his chems, then did his job....very smooth.

  • @999Atwood

He only had a chem problem in '85-'86, then cleaned up.

  • Gran concierto en España en 1982.

No paraba de llover y se hizo la magia.

  • :))

  • fantastic !

  • Hahah - gread old Stones !!!

    Live the moment !

Ronnie Drunk? Haha - never ever (he is stumbled!)

  • The Rolling Stones are the truew kings of rock and roll. This is them drunk and not at not at their peak and they still kick everybody in the teet. If you like real rock and roll like this, check out the New York City band The Ghost Tongue. They rock hard, especially live. Check them on myspace or on youtube. Hopefully this band sticks around long enough to breathe some life back into rock and roll.

  • The best rock band ever....Drunk and all...

  • Ron was drunk, ´cause he didn´t stand thousands fans on gigs, I think.

  • i dont think hes only drunk

  • he's pissed good on ya ronnie! XD

  • Does anyone see the resemblance between Mick Jagger and the Joker in that last batman movie as well..?

  • This was not very long before Mick got his toupee. His hair piece or hair system or whatever you want to call it.

  • Charlie bangs 16 beat! That was so cool.

Ronnie is always lovely. His beautiful play of 'Time is on my side' moved me in this tour.

  • that trumpet messed up the song

  • sax

  • @malafe1234 LMAO.........gawd-hilarious comment ! Trumpet....................my eyes are watering and ma sides hurt from laughing so hard. thanks for typing this. Whew! Bahahahahahahaha Cheers :)

  • What year was this please?

  • I was at the '81 Silverdome show, and I remember Ronnie got a hold of a banner that someone in the crowd had made from a bed sheet. He laid down on the stage and covered himself up and was down there for quite awhile before he finally got up.

  • I saw this tour too, at The Pontiac Silverdome~

  • I think Woody is still drunk!

  • do he ever become sober? LOL

  • This video was made in1981 at Hampton Coliseum in Hampton Roads Virginia. i was there.

  • damn got tickets to that show and never went (too drunk) great post

  • You was there, more poor, more ugly and more young....smile

  • 1981-December 18th I believe-I was there-free ticket from a guy who had a crush on me -Love ya Bruce! thankx-great concert. George Thorogood opened for the Stones-he blew me away-wow!

  • @kalikat61 Great show but I don't recall Ronnie "that drunk". Maybe I was watchin Mick shake his booty..again and again......LMAO

  • and this is considered their worst??? Lol, what happens when they are at their best??? I wanna know, 'cause I love this~

  • Thats the beauty my friend..one night the worst band live the next the greatest that's rock n roll!

  • ahhhhhh piss!

  • Isn't the 'Chelsea drugstore' that place where everyone, including doctors, used to meet, and wait in line for a looong time? Looks like Mick T (3:18), just got back from there, now that's funny in a sad way.

  • Mick used to live in Chelsea in the late sixties, that's when You can't always get... was written (late 1968).

  • ahhh, that explains it~ It was called Hell's Kitchen in the early days, but Chelsea sounds so much prettier... thank you for clearing that up. Mick lived in the 'top of the world' at one time, cool:)

  • The three verses (along with the varied theme in the 4th verse) address the major topics of the 1960s: love, politics, and drugs. Each verse captures the essence of the initial optimism and eventual disillusion, followed by the resigned pragmatism in the chorus.

  • that's really dead how you know all that, and spoken like a pro, thanks!!!

  • By the way, Mick (and also Keith and Brian) lived in ENGLAND, Chelsea around 1968, NOT in Manhattan, Chelsea.

Because you were referring to Hell's Kitchen..

  • ahhh, I'm not familiar with the Motherland, thank you, and goodday/night

  • @izzie-yeah, they stayed in the UK-and gave the gov't over half of their earnings (tax bracket) -their choice to keep their UK citizenship (Ignorant). I am so glad, here in the good ol' USA, those of us that are employed...KEEP most of what we make! Rich American Rock stars too!

  • @cocatwoman7 ?? uhh... my frenzzz never ignorant.. just a little footloose and free.. yeah those that have work.. a lot less tax than UK.. but money ?? highly oerrated after ya got what ya want and need.. they probably give a lot to charity still after tax, shh.. no one supposed to know thy really have bigggg hearts, lol

  • He's back...This is a 10***

  • ain't that the truth....

  • Damn, is Ronnie gonna make it through? That's funny.... Actually Mick looks wasted, too.. Hey Brion, check out your childhood heroes..,(that's my son)...May not be your daddies, but 'cat's in the cradle' fits pretty well, here, dontcha think? At four years old, Brion LOVED to sing this song, no joke, coke.
