@SuperKasper92 Change the plugs and wires and make sure the tank doesn't leak and change the fuel filter and air filter if you haven't in a long time. I guess first you should take it to a garage and just ask them to look at it and tell you whats wrong. If it's nothing serious maybe just get a tune up, but it may be something like leaking head gaskets or bad piston rings, In that case you may want to start looking for a new car.
my 92 had that not wanting to start problem would act like a pos one day and a good car the next i never did figure out why it ran like shit when it rained

Oh My.. I drive a 1994 Mercedes E320 with 312K..Knock on wood it will continue to be a good car for me... Damn.. I would never drive a v6 toyota.. there crappy.. and not worth it... Even more proves my point

@CrashJSTest What do you mean maybe? I think it's pretty clear at this point that it is a lemon. I'm pretty sure it actually has well over 300,000 miles on it, but with the new engine and transmission it doesn't even matter anymore.

The suspension is pretty much shot and the engine is not doing so hot either with a cylinder that's losing compression. I need new tires, but I don't want to put on new tires and then have the car die out on me.

@AnimatedMechanic sure was... If everything had happened at once we would have just dumped it. The car never acted up or anything in between happenings. Which is why I'm never sure if it's good or not. Things just happen with no real warning. I mean one minute the transmission is fine and the next I don't have second gear and I'm going wtf is going on. It's so random and completely gay. Believe me. I would like a different car.
@BGotSwagg21 well it was $3000 for the car plus another $700 for some repairs we had them do before taking it. So $3700 total. One of the repairs was to fix the windshield... Now it's fucking cracked again.

Tranny was 1500 with a 50,000 mile 3 year warranty, plus about 1000 for labor.
