Very helpful, good job and thnx alot. /T.

  • ive had many face plants before...

i thought we`re supposed to pull the bars up.

  • It's more of prevent the front wheel going down than pull it up, if you catch my drift.

  • sorry, i dont get what you mean...

  • You know that the front wheel is not meant to go down, right? You could pull the handlebars up to stop that from happening, or you could lean over the rear of the bike. It pretty much does the same thing. It makes sure you don't end up on your face. Leaning back is probably easier that pulling up.

  • ahh...becuase i used to just rely on speed but thats scary.

how about doing both pulling and leaning?

  • You could but you don't to go too far up with the front wheel, you want to land on both wheels at near enough the same time, or the front wheel just before the back.

  • Actually pulling up is NOT a good idea... the reason is that you need to have your weight forward in order to pull up... therefore weight forward = smash ya face!

  • Excellent explanation! Thanks for your time and effort.

  • a longer vid, include roots, rocks etc. your teaching tech is great, AM skills in general

  • THANKS A LOT, VERY VERY HELPFUL , best lesson!
