Biden was very clear and articulate in defining what he was trying to say before and sharing his stance over the years as well...I felt he was very presidential in that moment and could not have handled it any better. Great to hear Dodd and Hillary showing their longtime friendship, support and respect for Biden with their cheering and "Here, Here" also. Obama made not only a very classy move but a wise political one. It would be wise for him to have Biden somewhere in his administration.
