  • this fucking dude is a con artist.....his not a real babalawo...white people love to think they expert on someone elses culture...he coducts his fake ifa online..all of your info came from apega who died..u add your own watered down shit too it which is not right but god sees into the hearts of al

  • While I celebrate your message and agree with the need for a new vision a "new tunnel" I am concerned with the historical implication. Any time there is a void or people are in the market for a solution a "messiah" invariably one will appear. First let's recognize the limitation of the human component. Chaos historically has followed dictatorial leadership look at Hitler and Stalin. We must be very careful scapegoating and the creation of Otherness.

  • come on....... Man Made Global warming has not been forgotten...... It was a complete scam to begin with...

    Universal health care? Communism much?

  • People, we are bless by the light of another day, not because we fail once, means we are failing again, its a must that a man should stand up! and keep fighting until the end! if a door closes, there is another one and if not! make one, we are living dificult times, but we have to stand up and fight! and learnd from the experiences...Master thank you! for the good devotion to our community and I hope, every single one of us, could discover the light of wisdom!

  • odukeeper is this certain wisdom and or advice, coming from a non-biased source? when you mention a need for real values, would this involve outsourcing our supposed "global family" for suggestions? i heard you mention your childhood. i would agree that those values so easily paved over by todays generation, would certainly create a better product. there seems to be no morals surrounding our schools, parents, media.or this generation they have unleashed on society. and lets not mention our gov.

  • I agree that our perspective needs to change to the future, not just next year. Although, at the moment, for me, it's all about the next few months. After both my son and I loosing our jobs, we are now forced to try and sell our house to avoid foreclosure. We have hung on for 4 mons now but as of next mo. we will not have the saving left to continue to make payments without a job. My only hope is that I can sell the house at a profit to see us through yet another change.

  • I ask that you be strong through these difficult times. Did you try to get a reverse mortgage? if not it would allow you to get paid from your equity and stay in your house if you cannot sell it.

I will pray for you and your son and wish you both the best!

  • While I agree totaly with you predominant point about needing to do away with flawed and failed policies. I find a major flaw with your plan for a new tunnel, because your tunnel isn't new it has been tried again and again and it has never worked. Going back to past failed concepts are just as destructive as continuing current destructive policies. Secondly, I don't know if you have heard, but the earth has been cooling for the past 5 years and thats why global warming has been forgotten.

  • How i took it, it was not about a flawed policy or flaw at all for that matter. It is the way we persue our sense of accomplishment, happiness, and so forth...Anything that is a reward mentally. Some ways are tried and true, but offer no reward anymore. We tend to stick to doing things one way if we have recieved a benefit from it without a greater cost. The tunnel he came from values hard work and family, and it didnt fail, they funneled us out the side of it and i dont see a reward...

  • I can't wait to meet you in person soon., ASE ASE ASE

  • A logical standpoint and vindication based on our political and economical history. 5 Stars.

  • I agree that we need to step back from the consumerism that has dominated our society for the past 15 years or so (I'm only 25) and re-evaluate our way of living. I think that as a whole our society lacks discipline and that in the past few years we have developed a self-centered, "the world owes me" type of attitude. I think everything from people not knowing their neighbors to what I call "1-800" businesses placing bottom line over customer service and loyalty all put us where we are today.

  • Home ownership is not a bad thing, in the past only people who could afford the entire cost of a house through saving their pennies and hoping they did not need medical care could afford a house. While we demonize financing it has allowed people to own their home and have a homestead to leave to their children. Only the rich could do this prior to WWII. Shouldn't the regular people be able to own a house rather than rent for a lifetime with no equity or sense of homestead? Rich need not worry.

  • NO ONE is denigrating financing or mortgages. Everyone - with the exception of you - is against dishonest lending, putting people in homes without ability to service mortgages etc. People used to save and invest rather then "bet on" a never ending rise in realestate values to pay for something they could never have qualified for.

  • Dear Odukeeper, I am a bit taken aback by your comment. No where in my original commentary did I say that I was "in favor" of dishonest lending. There is truth to what I said regarding home ownership which increased due to certain govt programs which helped people in record number attain home ownership post WWII who would have had no chance, even if they saved all their lives. Ironically I do think we are on the same page just a miscommunication. I follow your channel regularly so I am surprised

  • Hopefully it is semantic not foundational. My basic point in this piece was to suggest that the avarice of ALL...lender/buyer etc. as well as the "culture" of instant gratification had led to another economic reality that, hopefully, would shock people into a more meaningful and rational value system regarding what is important. While home ownership may be a goal ( in the days you referenced it was LAND ownership that was important as the land could grow or feed family,it is not an imperative.

  • Right, I agree, and I agree with the whole tunnel metaphor we need a new tunnel and a new concept.

  • Do you believe in God?

  • Yes...as a Creative Force that designed a perfect, and benevolent, universe

  • thank you for the wonderful insights and overview...I think the world needs a billboard that says "tunnel #2 is now closed" :)

  • Appreciate it and agree with your comment!

  • Thank you odukeeper. You remind me of my late father in law who was very wise and kind. I believe he would have recommended a different tunnel and a return to real values - just as you do.

I watched a video that said many Russians worked without pay for years, waiting for the old system to repair itself; wasting valuable time - before they finally figured it out.

  • thank you

  • Here is wisdom. Thank You. Ashe!

  • I really like the way you delivered this. You write any books?

  • A few :-))

The Way of the Orisa - HarperCollins, Sacred Ifa Oracle-HarperCollins, Energy Matrix of Ifa - Ifa Foundation plus a few others

  • Baba, I bought your book but i could not find the "author" Harper Collins. I then realized that the author is Phillip Neimark/You. I felt like a fool when I found out that Harper Collins is the publisher. ;) Once I get it and give it a read, I'll leave my comments or ask you questions. Is that cool?
