Why can't these farmers, who've had Monsanto modified seed felled in their fields, sue Monsanto for trespassing upon their properties? The part, around the 43:00 mark that talks about Monsanto corporate interests having it's moles inside government agencies, is so poignant. If you were paying attention, the same dynamic exists with regard to Wall Street, with all the banking interests (e.g. Goldman Sachs) in key government positions within our gov't. The scary thing of course: these are just two (albeit KEY) examples. Our government is no longer of, by, for the people. It's for corporations, plain and simple.

Why can't these farmers, who've had Monsanto modified seed felled in their fields, sue Monsanto for trespassing upon their properties? Seems to me since Monsanto owns these genetically modified plants/seeds they should be liable for the infringements upon indigenous fields and plants. Can some Civil Liberties union lawyers figure out a way to do that. Because I guarantee Monsanto has seen this post and is now figuring a way around their liability for polluting incumbent farming.

I have checked my seeds. Each package say in tiny letters "Private use. Collecting, reproducing or any other use of seeds produced by this plant is stricktly prohibited. Any person using reproductive seeds without written permission of 'X' will be taken to court" and further in even smaller letters: "X can not be held responsible for any discomfort followed on consumation of this plant" THEY ARE VEGETABLES!!!

Control the food, control the people. There should never have been constitutional protection for patenting food crops. The constitution of the United States was meant to protect "We the People". If everyone in American and around the world stops purchasing their seeds, pesticides and food they would go out of business. People should have the right to know what is in our food that we are eating. Monsanto knows damn well that if food packages are labeled made with GMO ingredients more people will not buy it therefore they lose money so we don’t get a choice.
