@goldrobinzon it would just turn on like normal. but after hours of talking to T-Mobile they said they couldn't help me. so on my own i tried a different sim card and it worked. so it was my own problem. i contacted AT&T and they told me i had to take my sim card in so i can use it on another phone. Thanks for taking the time to reply to me.
