Work to legalize drugs, gambling, lottery, strip clubs and the like and issue a constitutional excise tax on those things, which that would be a "voluntary tax" - greatly reduce or eliminate income tax (and if you do have any direct taxes, make them Constitutional and Apportioned and give people a bill of receipt for services they are paying for) I'm tired of the Department of Defense wasting so much of my damned money!!

when President Reagan had his 1st midterm the unemployement was over 10% like around 10.5 or 10.7% n that is with those huge tax cuts, President passed huge 1s 2 and yet in 2004 the enocomy was still not that good; however this time around with the sucess of the stimulus package, the better bailout of the banks and automakers the unemplyement rate is under 10%; sounds like we r on the right track.

Now Obama says you will have to increase your min wage by $2, so now your paying your people 37,000 in weekley payroll + you must pay more in Corp taxes (thats already happening) , + you will be paying more personal income taxes. Now what do you do? chances are you lay some of your emploees off. Thats whats happening.

@jmn120176 Don't you understand that libertarianism is the only way to truly reclaim our country from tyrants of both the left and right? Can't you break free of the left-right paradigm and return to a Thomas Jefferson mentality of state over federalism? Thats what we're currently going through; a paradigm shift. Its states vs. federalism. I support the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, unlike the majority of politicians who have been in office since 1991.

@RichardE8ST Its very appearantly obvious that the tea party was set up by the neocons as an effort to try to destroy the true third party movement, libertarianism. If you care to understand how LIBERTARIANS would fix the problems of this country, perhaps you should watch some of my videos instead of spewing out untrue vitriol. Instead of aiming to legalize cannabis (a known anticarcinogen) he instead increased funding on the war on drugs! He could have used excise tax on cannabis to fund free health clinics all across the nation! Did he? Fuck no!

@Phalinex Well the Federal Government isnt one solid voice the DEA ATF IRS and probably 10000 other agincies act on the LAW and the federal governments LAW says WEED is ILLEGAL So if you want it to be legal then you have to change the fed law before it is. They can and will throw people in jail regardless of california's law and if Cali dont like it thats to bad. States rights get violated da
