For the first time, I wonder if Aro actually envies Edward.  The way he touches Bella. Other than killing humans, this makes me wonder if he's ever been attracted to one. The way he touches her face, leans in as tho' to kiss her. She starts to back up and he smiles and lets her go. I think, like Edward did, he's finding her fasinating. A being he's not able to read. It throws him. There's one sentence in BD that I've never understood until now. Remember when he looked at her at the end?
