Williamsport High School Marching Band 1981 Part 1

we used to have chapters every year at Williamsport and competed against them 2 out of the 4 years I was in h.s. I was always so amazed at how good they ALWAYS were. I wish my h.s. could have had a great leader as well.

Rocky Mount HS (NC) would be the band to beat during this time. I believe they won Nationals 2 or 3 years in a row during the early 80's..

This is Williamsport, PA High School. I assume you are talking about the Blue Band from Williamsport, MD who, also had a great band in the 80s. I was in Carlisle and i remember them well ;-)

I never got to see this video, I was always on the field performing......these were the best of my high school years! Class of 81'

aww this takes me back. I was in the wadsworth marching band (from '98-01).

thats my uncle as the drum major and my mom played the clarinet they won atlantic coast championships that year
