This track is part of free DLC you get when you buy the game. ie: Those of us who rented it are SOL. There's a dragstrip and an oval track at Sedona in Free Play/Hot Lap mode that should work for unlocking Demon.

you have to use the code from the card that came in the box with the game and you get 18 more tracks...it comes with all editions of the game, including the standard one
