  • looks incredible, but from what ive gathered you are supposed to let it drip very slowly over the sugar. preferably ice cold water. am i wrong?

  • @Lejnus No, you're not wrong. The opening at the bottom of this brouilleur is too wide, meaning that the speed at which the water pours over the sugar and into the absinthe is too fast. It should either be a very thin stream, or a fast drip.
