Approach was made in 2 trips - 1 for a gear drop on the Glaicer then one to the Norwegian bivvy (advance Base camp) it can be done in a very long day, but means approx 8miles +, morraine / glacier travel.

The route + descent took in total from El chalten 7 days - we were blessed with excellent weather (actual climbing 3 sleeps on the face) A quick party can climb it in a day, although one bivvy would be needed at some point..

What a Dream. 100 people a year climb mount everest. Mount Fitz Roy maybe 2-5 accents a year.

@ssparty666 Comparing Everest to Fitz Roy or Cerro Torre is a joke, this is pure technical climbing along these sheer granite faces. Just a few among the best climbers in the world can challenge these patagonian granite vertical towers. Even they will need real luck to get close due its inclement and treacherous wheater.
