I thought the costumes were good!, but it´s the performance that shines through, I only wish the recording was even clearer :) Is it common to have so man great singers in one school??? or did u have a great voice coach? I dreamed a dream is also one of my favourite stage songs, and i love how you sang it!

@njwhitetrash Everyone is entitled to their opinion but I respectfully disagree. Our costumes were rented from a professional show unit and we were dressed to look as peasants and the elite as done on on Bway. Never, ever heard a negative comment on our costuming but from looking at your site, doesn't look like you are a show person....?

@pentex128 I think that the costuming is rather poor, however it is not what struck me as most odd about this produvtion. That I would say would be the choreo.

@Ladybugzification any ideas on how you'd improve the costumes or choreo? The costumes, choreo and much of the vocals come from almost duplication of the NYC Bway show. I would love to hear ideas of improvement, as I hope to work on Les Mis some day again. Thanks!

Kate, I just wanted you to know this... I was here on youtube doing my usual youtube searches and was just about to go to sleep and couldn't help listening to you sing I Dreamed a Dream. I must say it gets better every time I watch it and you sang with true emotion and love. It brought a tear to my eye and am so proud of you for this performance. Commented on this amazing Fantine HIGH SCHOOL girl the other day and was happy to find there are more videos of this production. This one includes more wonderful cast members who prove this school must put their heart and soul into productions. I only wish I'd seen it as i'm right over in New York. From looking so far, the Fantine and Javert could try out for Broadway now. Acting+singing in true homage to Les Miserables.

I cannot stop watching this. The girl as Fantine is amazing. If you see this Kate Pentak, please post more. We would pay to see you on Broadway. Looking at other girls doing this in college hasn't proved a comparision.
