@garora7777..i agree with him..this little bit..little bit he uses all the time and put loads of...and he is so funny that he puts hot piece in mouth and make funny noises...mouth music and dance..its fun to watch....sanjay, dont feel bad...we like ur videos...but i laugh a lot while watching and wait when will u make that noise and more gyan bout food.....stay sweet...
@garora7777 very true!!! he puts the entire piece in his mouth and makes those weird noises to make us believe that the food he has made is awesome!!! well just kidding but true it does not look good! but i'm sure the food tastes good :)
i made these for lunch today, with canned corn and the things i had in the kitchen(not many indien things there) and they where SOOO GOOD, crispy on the outside and the dhal inside where crunchy
Can please explain chili a little better ..i see you use the small hit green chilis and the large round very mild chili but you never mention which is which..add 4 green chilis ...can you be more specific
@nigeandsian well in indian cooking we never specify the amount of chili because different ppl have different spice levels and different types of chili available to them. use according to your taste. It is probably best to use medium-spicy chilis because the chilis add some texture and if u use really spicy ones like the Thai variety you can't use much :] hope that helps.
also are there any recipes for snacks or something to make from boiled left over basmati rice? its boring to reheat it the next day, but don't want to waste food either :)
first mash the boiled rice little by hands add chopped green chilli very finely chopped onions n add salt if req n black pepper make balls n roll in corn flour n fry them rice fritters r ready.
and secondly u can sun dry them n wen dried fry n sprinkle red chilli pwdr chat masala n u get a new NAMKEEN or snack for tea time.and ya u can always make fried rice out of it.
can you also show how to make tarka daal? there are hundreds of recipies on internet and all are different. it is confusing and I would like to make the perfect indian style daal
I've tried a couple of your recipes chef and they've turned out great. Your tips are awesome! One quick tip it would be very helpful if you write the ingredients of the recipes in the description of the video.
oh, you just want some too when he does his dance, and makes his I could die now face.
