This is hilarious in such a sweet way i can't help laughing every time i watch it. Fred is absolutely gorgeous and so perfect as if he is a dream. The subtle parody of the famous "feathers" joke must be heartwarmingly funny to Fred's fans then. ( though i am a fan of his today, i like this parody.)

great actress. the best artist of the studio at that time and she managed to play a clumsy dancer in this film. i wish they had ever given her the role of a person that tries to sing, but has no voice: that would have been a heck of a challenge!

Judy is so wonderful in this. She was actually a fine dancer, but beautifully impersonates an overly enthusiastic, slightly nervous, awkward one. I laugh every time.
