i've got a panasonic sdr-h80....i can copy videos from the hdd to the pc but i can't copy files prom pc to the camera....it says its write-protected.... can you give me some advice how to remove it?

hey i have this same camera and i was wondering, if i just want to upload vids to my computer and then onto facebook (not youtube), do i still have to record in "web mode". and do i need a sd card to do so? or is it ok if i just save the vids on the hard drive in the camera?
