I'm no expert on GNR or Axl Rose, but I know enough to say that Axl's vocals are very weak and he just seems the opposite of comfortable on stage. I also don't like to see only one original member of this group with a cast of unknown dudes calling themselves GNR. It feels awkward & unauthentic. I am a huge Scott Weiland fan, but I feel the same way when I watch vids of him singing GNR or STP songs with VR. It feels so wrong.

Just because the album doesn't compare to Appetite, doesn't mean it's not good. There wont be another album ever that compares to Appetite. If you go by sales across the whole world...and even here in the states,Chinese has sold more than most records out there in the last 10 years. Thousands of artist wish they could do that
