  • Shes very pretty, and shes a very talented singer, this isnt what i usually listen to, and who knows how i got here from black metal, but i did.

  • Anne Shelton has been a great discovery. As a classically trained singer I appreciate her artistry. She had soul in her voice too and was a versatile artist. And I love the British dance band sound!

  • My Mum sang with Ambrose..Ted heath and Roy Fox..to name but a few..wanted to remember her xxx Glenda-Marie..London

  • Lovely music! Treasured.........here in my heart.

  • Oh right!. I actually prefer Anne Shelton's voice to the other forces sweetheart. Her version of A nightingale sang in B square is the best I've ever heard. I'm surprised she never made it in the US, but I suppose you had to be there to do it in those days, like Ray Noble.Anne was a very clever singer, with a remarkable range.

  • I suppose that's the Ambrose Band. Great sound quality thanks.

  • It most likely is Ambrose although she did record it with the Wally Stott Orchestra.
