@yoyo1449 its obviously a little like 110cc china 4wheeler with a barbie jeep cut and made to fit over it. and the chain stearing wheel is easy. just get a loop of chain out in a circle and tac weld the individual links together till their ina solid circle.

Those look like they are just Power Wheel bodies on the Giovanni Hummer chassis. The engine looks the same and they have the exact same shocks.

Which z star quad did you use? there are a few different ones. i really want to make one. also how did u make the throttle and brake foot pedals instead of the handle bars?

@Christiansidehug8 they are the 110cc "hummer" quads made by Z-star. GIO makes a simular quad too that could be used. The a mount was made for the disk brake lever to be used as a hand brake. and the gas pedal was custom made using parts from the original thumb lever.

@konabikes11 theres only 1 cure for that ... get all the nuts n bolts on the chassie secured - split pins, get some indicators on em 180mm appart, lights, something to mount your number plate on, and a metal plate with engine, manufacturers name, engine size, e.t.c. road leagal tyres n better breaks then you can get it stuck through a test to be ready for dvla to do the v5 form and your away.
