@mrblue979 SF is a fascinating city with Victorian houses, modern buildings, curving roads, and something at almost every corner. If you ever do plan on going there, you must see Alcatraz prison (buy tickets weeks in advance!!!!), Golden Gate Park (DeYoung is a cool museum, but expensive!), Botanical Gardens, Japan and China town, and cross Golden Gate bridge to Sausalito to go gallery hopping and pizza! 

I hope someday I'll go to Florence and Rome :)
