why do people only have to major in things that involve careers i.e. pre-med, nursing, pre-law, engineering, etc.? Everybody isn't interested in those things. College isn't about just "getting a job", it's about receiving an education. I would rather go to college and incur debt from learning about something I am passionate about, than pursuing a career I have no interest in just because I fear I won't get a job when I graduate.
