What U R doing that is not lazy pierogi , we call it Łazanaki. Lazy pierogi ( leniwe pierogi) u make from flour, egg, cottage cheese and some vanilla sugar 4 , boil and add some sugar and cinamon - that is a leniwe pierogi ( lazy pierogis)..polish

I was browsing Youtube to find how to cook leniwe (lazy) pierogi and encountered your video :) I must say that what you present in your video resembles me of Polish łazanki the most. Pierogi is quite a different story as they are made of dough filled with various fillings. Anyway I really like your recipe and the fact that you popularize Polish approach to cooking :) Good job!
need to use flat square pasta 4 this :) 4 łazanki ...and some wild mushrooms, onions, bacon( if it is not 4 Easter or Xmas- pork is not allowed:))
