Combat UAV's will make fighter jets obsolete. When there's no human in the cockpit there's no 9G maneuverability limit to worry about. Stealth bombers and stealthy cruise missiles will destroy aircraft before they can even get off the ground. Scary stuff

Its going supersonic or traveling faster sound so you cant hear anything til it passes you. Thats in all military jets F-16, F-18, F-22, F-35. In all supersonic jets. But its so surpirsing how quiet that plane is.
I saw one at the San Francisco Blue Angels show and literally when it was coming right at you, you hear NOTHING... Its the stealth technology and I can see how effective it could be in combat. Its like this thing coming at you, but its absolutely SILENT, VERY strange...Once it passes you its an absolute roar of power and after burner. Sorta like I just fucked you up so take that basically..
there's a great deal that has been made about the f22, but what is it really about? why is everyone raving so much about it? what can it do that an f14 couldnt other than "supercruise" and maybe give a smaller radar print? we're raving over technology that is 30 years old, in a nicer looking package! i like the plane but there's gotta be more u physicists can do with it!
The F-22 is a much better dogfighter than the F-14. With a smaller radar signature, it can launch it's missiles outside the tracking range of enemy radars. It doesn't have the phoenix missile, but with supercruise it can close on a target very quickly and not have to bug out soon afterwards
at my school there where 8 of them flying like geese then one half went left and the other half went right and the miiddle one just kept going straight and i tell you they where so low to the ground we had to cover our ears it was so loud
Once a what looked like a f-15 or f-16 I'm not sure, Buzzed me on a lake where I was fishing in a aluminum boat. He flew dived right over my head at what seemed to be 3 to 5oo ft. very low. Any way, my boat was vibrating wildly and all the water around me was rippling like crazy. That was scary, but I'm glad to have experienced it. SOOOOOoooo LOUD.
