糸　means a thread or a string

So a literal translation is Red Thread.

Like mootokoita said it means "Red Thread". But it's said (at least in Japan) that a red thread connects people through destiny, so that even if they die they will be able to find each other in the second life. So that's the meaning to the title I suppose. I dont know if theres a similar myth in English speaking countries.
