Mr.Hesse....first of all im from Puerto Rico.....i have sprint for over 8 years and is good., but i can"t buy the evo4g., first., for sprint dont have 4g in P.R, and second in your office , the specialist seller tell me what i gone pay 10.00 dollars more for use the evo., with all you respect , you need check thats price., sorry for my english is not good.....really, really i want the evo in a familiar plan rigth i haved, 129.00 ,month, no more....thanks for your help.

And you, Mr. Hesse, need to concentrate on your horrible customer service. I had Sprint for 4 days and your customer service forced me to drop it, that's how bad it is. I'm in one of the largest cities in the U.S. and couldn't even receive a call or text message. And then if I did, it got dropped. Bad service and bad customer service will not keep Sprint in business for long.
