@robocong7420 You, my friend are ignorant and prejudice. In case you decide to smart mouth me; I am Catholic AND I served in the U.S. Army having been deployed to Afghanistan several times. If you took the time to pull your retarded head out of your ass, you would see that the Quoran and the Bible are not really that different. Even better; The Quoran is the ONLY religious book outside the Bible that RECOGNIZES the existence of Jesus Christ. Now go back to fucking your cousin you redneck idiot.
This guy sounds like a Modernist. He is chanting the same old deviant mentality of those "Muslims" who want to try to reform and change Islam by making it acceptable to the West and to try and disrobe Islam of any differences between right and wrong.
The fact is that FIQH is an entire Islamic science all on its own. No one can ever change that. This guy and people of his ilk are the same people who will try and belittle the halal/haram as taught by Prophet Muhammad pbuh. I don't trust this guy.
@MrSHIZZLE4u You don't really know much about him. do you? he's not saying don't follow the rules, hes saying that theres more Ethic Laws in compared to rules- but the rules come between that- that you must study first before following. you must understand those first. because anything you do from the Qur'an is submission to God Almighty not because people said so, so you gotta understand first. :) Peace
You must find a reliable `aalim and study a school of jurisprudence from him so you can comprehend, understand and therefore practise islaam correctly. And this takes time! The companions, the best of the muslims, took 10 years to study surat ul-baqarah alone and they studied it directly from the prophet himself
Could you kindly reference the document you mean in specific? There are so many Bretton Wood's documents it is far too laborious to sift through them all just to try to scope out what you are talking about exactly.. Your comment is rather vague and we seek further clarification here.. "clearance fatwa"? Are you referring to all Bretton Wood's documents collectively and saying "the muslims" agreed to it all and abide by it!?

tgvsvrf: " Did you know that anyone who leaves islam must be killed because It's not a fucking game to play with "
Wonderful, absolutely wonderful. So when the "science" fails to convince me, you use death threats as an argument. Congratulations, there isn't a piece of logic and reasoning that can counter yours.
Allah said in the quran follow and listen to the prophet muhamed and it whas he who came whit the rules in the hadith. So we must follow the sunna of the prophet brother and sisters!
@slim240293 I think you and I are going to have to wait forever. I left Islam because the Quran is like all other religious texts - full of assertions without proof. I'm filled with a mix of anger and mirth when I hear people spouting nonsense about scientific miracles, and also when they present authority figures like this math professor here. I couldn't give a damn if a professor of biology converts to Islam, just the same way I don't give a damn if Dawkins is atheist. I choose for myself.
You left Islam because you never knew Islam. The Quran is unlike any book. And I find it ironic, that all these people leaving Islamic for scientific reasons are young and have no scientific formal education, and all the people coming to Islamic thought are Professors and doctors in science.
I'm was a hypertension researcher for 8 years before I graduated from Medical School- and I'm a Muslim, because the Quran is the most scientific religious text in existance.
Surah Al-Anbiya Ayat 30: "Have not those who disbelieve known that the heavens and the earth were of one piece, then We parted them.." [The universe is 13.7 billion years old, the earth is 4 billion years old]
Ayat 31: "And We placed within the earth firmly set mountains, lest it should shift with them, and We made therein [mountain] passes [as] roads that they might be guided." [Mountains are FORMED by "shifting" earth, i.e. plate tectonics]
Surah Al-Anbiya Ayat 33: "And it is He who created the night and the day and the sun and the moon; all [heavenly bodies] in an orbit are swimming." [This ayat merely echoes primitive explanations for the occurence of night and day, i.e. that the sun orbits the earth]
Primitive ideas what the heavenly bodies are in orbit? Do you even comprehend what you're saying?
First of all, the sun is in orbit. All heavenly bodies are in orbit. Including our sun, and every sun of every other star system in the Universe. We all orbit the center of mass.
You're echoing a played out argument that tries to infer that this is saying the Sun Orbits the earth, which is does not.
@Arabman666 You are commiting the mistake of adding information that does not exist within that ayat. Yes, the sun moves around the galaxy. But there is no mention of the galaxy nor any description of it. Without adding any extraneous information and knowledge, it is clear that the ayat is attempting to explain the occurences of night and day FROM THE VIEW POINT OF THE EARTH.
@Arabman666 Surah Fussilat Ayat 12: "And He completed them as seven heavens within two days and inspired in each heaven its command. And We adorned the NEAREST HEAVEN with lamps and as protection. That is the determination of the Exalted in Might, the Knowing."
[ Yet another primitive idea about the way how the "heavens" are constructed. Muslims have also alternatively interpreted the seven heavens as representing seven layers in the earth's atmosphere. Also wrong. ]
Listen, I'm typing to you on a phone. I don't have time to answering the laundry list of claims you did such a wonderful job at searching for. But, as an MS in Molecular Biology, I'd like you to explain to me how Endosymbiotic theory is compatible with common descent, and how mutation relates to it. That should be VERY short, and it'll either prove to me that you're a kid, pretending to know that which you don't, or if you're legitimately intelligent.
@Arabman666 Really? LOL. We're going to play the credentials game? BS Double major Biology and biochemistry, and an M.S. in Molecular Biology. I don't know what your BS in Nutrition taught you about embryology, but the way it's presented in the quran is just plain wrong.
I did my premed years, and Medical School. I know more about embryology than you every will.
I'm not adding anything to the Aya. You are. The Quran says that the Sun and the moon Swim in Orbit, and that every heavenly body has an orbit. You infer it's saying they all spiral around the earth.
Stop copying an pasting information you googled. It's showing me your lack of real credentials. You're trying to rationalize/validate your leaving of Islam, and it's rather sad.
@Arabman666 I'm not adding anything to the ayat. I am reading it as it is. The only frame of reference given is with the mention of night and day, together with the sun and moon within the same ayat. There is no precise explanation of the fact that the moon moves around the earth, which itself moves around the sun, which itself moves around the galaxy; that knowledge is inferred. YOU are the one filling the gaps.
I'd rather talk science than religion, answer my claim, and then we can talk science. I'm not interested in you digging up anti-Islamic arguments people other than yourself have made, I'm more interested in your MS. So on with it. And my Medical School and research in Hypertension alone overshadows anything you've done, and with your arrogance and poor attitude, I doubt you'll get far in your career.
@Arabman666 Why should I bother with your cheap questions when you won't address mine? You mention science in the quran, so I bring it up for discussion. But instead of discussing what's REALLY relevant you expect me to prove myself?
What questions? You're copying an pasting refutes to the "miracles" of the Quran, and your refutes don't even make sense. Did you come up with these? No. I don't care about this topic, and I didn't bring it up. Nothing in the Quran is contrary to science, and nothing you've posted has an answer, because nothing's wrong. I asked you a simple question, which you call "Cheap" because your frustrated. Any MS would gladly flaunt his knowledge- but apparently, you're not one.
@Arabman666 Instead of talking about the ayats, you diverting my attention away to something else. I know this tactic. You can doubt my education all you want but I'm not going let you to waste my time. Let's talk about the Quran and it's "science"
You were right? You still don't have any idea what I'm talking about. Don't pretend like you do.
If Endosymbiosis doesn't prove God (which it doesn't) how would you be giving me bullets? I was trying to segway into another topic.
I'm slightly discouraged that aren't capable of comprehending what I'm communicating to you. I don't want other people's arguments against Islam, I want your own, and without any inference, which you don't have.
What is Quranic Science, enlighten me? Seeing as how I never brought it up.
However, I'll bring this up. Muhammad said the soul was in the forehead. The prefrontal lobe is there, and that is the center of our judgment and emotion. Was he incorrect? Then go on, and continue with whatever cookie-cutter argument. After answering it, I want you to explain to me endosymbiosis.
@Arabman666 I'm not gonna let you segway into another topic. You started this one, and I'm not letting you sidestep it. Let's talk about the Quran and it's "science"
@Arabman666 Hahah. I'm not bothering with your challenge. I'm challenging you. Will you or will you not discuss the ayats I supplied for discussion. You started this topic. : "I'm was a hypertension researcher for 8 years before I graduated from Medical School- and I'm a Muslim, because the Quran is the most scientific religious text in existance." Focus on the last part. That was the part that set me off
@Arabman666 Surah Al-Anbiya Ayats 30-33. Yes or no? Otherwise don't waste my time with any gauntlets or challenges. i personally don't care if you call me fake, it's much easier for me to just ignore unnecessary arguments.
I can summarize it. The theory is that the universe was one piece, the contained the strong and weak nuclear forces, gravity, and electromagnetism (If I remember right) as well as all mass that constitutes the universe. This at an arbitrary point in time, exploded outward. Wanna correct me there?
Afterward, the scientific opinion is that waters polarity/hydrogen bonding offered a unique environment for cells to "appear" as the first life forms- which is also in the Aya.
@Arabman666 And you're also ignroing the very literal mention of the heavens and the earth. Please don't ingore that and just move on to "the universe was one piece".
It also describes the mountain localization, which doesn't sound like Isolated volcanic mountain locals, but rather mountain planes and boundaries- like those in the east.
Amen to that. Give or take a few billion/Million, statistical approximation. But...
Then again, what the hell is a year? We count years by our solar cycle and lunar cycle (which is what the Quran tells us)- what was a year before the debris settled?
What does this have to do with the Aya you're criticizing?
@Arabman666 "We count years by our solar cycle and lunar cycle (which is what the Quran tells us)- what was a year before the debris settled?"
When you read the ayat, do you understand it to mean that the heavens and planet Earth were joined? Because the timeline then would just be off, and it wouldn't matter by whose standards were counting a year, a difference of nine billion years between the 'development of the Earth and that of the universe is problematic for this ayat.
So you've reduced your argument to an argument of semantics?
The Quran doesn't say how long it took. It says how it happened. Everything in the heavens, and the earth, were one. And they split. And then when water formed (actually, hydrogen was one of the first elements hypothesized to have formed) at some undisclosed time.
So you're telling me the Quran is wrong... because it doesn't tell us how long this took?
@Arabman666 9 billions years is not an argument of semantics. It's a really huge amount of time. And there was no earth around even 1 billion years after the big bang, so how could there have been a joined heaven and earth at the moment of the big bang?
I'm entertaining it like it's 1995, and I'm listening to Rage Against the Machine.
The earth's mass was always there. The Law of Conservation of mass. All it's constituents were present in the big bang, and after, and before. In fact, the Quran makes a point of alluding to the earth and the heavens being "interwoven" by the use of words in Arabic.
Come on man. If you do have an MS (or ever plan on getting one), and you're looking for a PhD, you know if you made this argument in any other subject who ever is judging it would be laughing his ass off.
You're also not reading the whole of Genesis in the Quran- as unlike the bible, it's present in various parts. In other parts (don't remember where, I'm on a Phone, it's hard to look up) it talks about the smoke and debris of the universe, after its formation, and the crafting of the celestial bodies by Gods Will, including the Earth.
So when the big Bang happened, the Quran specifies the earth wasn't "Whole"
@Arabman666 " All it's constituents were present in the big bang.."
No my friend. You're modifying the science to fit your faith. The earth did not exist - not even in a dismantled form - during the big bang. Now you're the one dealing in semantics.
@Arabman666 Only after about 380,000 years did electrons and nuclei form atoms, and most of that was hydrogen, none of the heavier elements present even in th earth's infancy.
Did your google search explain to you that Hydrogen molecules fused to form heavier elements? You do realize that all the constituents were present, just not fused yet, right? And
You're literally taking what you want out of the Quran (actually, you're taking almost nothing out of it), and leaving what you don't want. I just told you the universe genesis of the Quran started with a giant gas cloud that spiraled, and God turned to it and formed celestial bodies out of it.
@Arabman666 "You're literally taking what you want out of the Quran (actually, you're taking almost nothing out of it), and leaving what you don't want."
You're putting too much information in that doesn't necessarily need to be there. Not only have you taken the ayat to be meaning to say that the earth was in its constituent parts, now you're even adding stuff to it. It appears then that the ayat is only scientific when you're there to make it scientific.
@TADahar If the earth really was in its contituent parts, why would the ayat not say so specifically? Why is it that so much has to be assumed to make the ayat work?
@tgvsvrf " Did you know that anyone who leaves islam must be killed because It's not a fucking game to play with "
Wonderful, absolutely wonderful. So when the "science" fails to convince me, you use death threats as an argument. Congratulations, there isn't a piece of logic and reasoning that can counter yours.
No, can't say it does, however Rawasi is a word for lined non-volcanic mountains, which is what is used.
Ok friend, explain to me how 30 disproves that the Quran is compatible with science. I mean, the whole purpose of this is to disprove the Quran's scientific validity (which you haven't done yet)- all you're doing is telling me to lessen my interpretation. Which still works.
It says:
Universe was one- was split apart- life from water
@Arabman666 Even is rawasi is a word denoting "non-volcanic" mountains, it would be of no concern. Instead of mountains influencing tectonic plates, the cause and effect relation ship goes the other way around. Tectonic plate movement caused the formation of the mountains.
Exactly. Mountains are formed, where tectonic plates stop. The Mountains quake the movement, and stabilize the plates (which in the Quran are also described as layered plates, which was not a scientific inference anyone had ever made at that time)
Why are we agreeing so much? What's going on? You haven't given in to me, have you?
@Arabman666 Next, 31- Mountains stabilize plates. There are mountains that are formed by volcanic activity or magma, and there are mountains formed BY tectonic action. Do you strictly interpret the ayat to mean what it says?
What, I hate having to check my phone only to find that you haven't posted anything yet. Out with it. What's your argument? Does the Quran say the world is 6,000 years old? Does it say we can drink liquid Nitrogen? Does it say Ethanol is excellent for hydrating dry eyes? Come on man, I don't have all day. Pick your argument.
@Arabman666 Again, that's just immature and irrelevant. Comparing what the Quran doesn't say with what other holy boks DO say is of no relevance to a discussion focused on the quran itself. Will you or will oyu not discuss Surah Al-Anbiya Ayat 30-33?
@Arabman666 Nothing? You have no comment at all for Surah Al- Anbiya Ayat 30-33? You said yourself that the Quran was the most scientific text in existence. This shouldn't be difficult, because only a man who knows what he's talking about would make such a strongly assertive claim.
You have enough time to make 3 useless comments, but you didn't say a word about endosymbiotic theory? What's the matter? A little rusty? Double major my ass.
I don't have time for Youtube-brand "Google" Scholars. Get an education and stop kidding yourself. You know as much about science as I know about being a good Zoroastrian. And your essentially just trying to disprove the Quran based off inference. It doesn't say the Sun Orbits the earth. You're saying that.
@Arabman666@Arabman666 And furthermore, how can I be sure that your real intent is not to mire me in a evolution vs religion debate. We were talking about the so-called scientific miracles of the quran, and you suddenly switch to endosymbiotic theory? I'm not going to waste my time with a CREATIONIST.
You see how petty you are? You throw out a typical argument, that I actually could easily argue. In fact, if you weren't so ignorant, you'd have realized that Endosymbiotic theory was a crossover into my argument for Quranic creation. But then again, it doesn't seem like you know anything about either. Which makes sense.
You know how to "right click Copy" and "left click paste" and of course, how to hold the SHIFT button.
@Arabman666 So there, I was right. I'm not going to give you any bullets. Whatever question you ask and whatever answer I give, if you're not simply disagreeing with me, you'll just twist it to fit your goals.
For a kid mocking my BS in Nutrition and Food Science (which was my path to publishing several research papers about renal mechanisms, even as an undergrad) you're flopping around like a fish out of water when it comes to a tangible argument.
In fact, you're trying to associate me with a rather funny cast of characters (Harun Yahya, general ignorant-of-science Islamic debaters) which is I think, some way of attempting to discredit me? Laughable.
@Arabman666 I'm not gonna let you segway into another topic. You started this one, and I'm not letting you sidestep it. Let's talk about the Quran and it's "science. Can you or can't you? Surah Al-Anbiya 30 would be a great start thanks.
As for the Quran, your rationalizing you leaving Islam by struggling, to an extreme, to examine verses in the most hostile way possible- inferring, the shouting "Im not inferring, YOU ARE". With that "ALL CAPS" charm. You're a child, who wants Islam to be wrong so badly, that he gets angry when a logical argument steamrolls his with ease.
Haha. What scientific evidence is there of the Phylogenetic tree? Mitochondria are evidence of design- and counter common descent.
@Arabman666 Instead of addressing the ayats I've raised for discussion you're simply asserting irelevant opinions and challanging me with a question that is supposedly a litmus test of my knowledge. Why should I comply? I've dealt with enough Harun Yahya idiots to know that one of their tactics is to pummel people with a barrage of scientific questions. But they themselves aren't able to sceintifically prove Allah's existence.
@Arabman666 And furthermore, how can I be sure that your real intent is not to mire me in a evolution vs religion debate. We were talking about the so-called scientific miracles of the quran, and you suddenly switch to endosymbiotic theory? I'm not going to waste my time with a CREATIONIST.
@Arabman666 LOL. I've never heard of anyone "double minoring" in anything, but I forgot to include that I also minored in physics. In fact, I'm thinking of pursuing a second MS in Particle Physics or Astrophysics if possible
your never a muslim until you read the quran. simple as that. therefore, 99% of the world is atheisticly insulting religions based on the denial of their own hollow one.
this guy is confussed or an agent. We need to know the rules first so naturally people will explain the do's and don't firsts. Just like when you board a plane the first thing you are told is what you can and can't do thats coz mistake can cost your life and others. Same way making a mistake in life can mean you and your children going to hell. Now no one wants that. I am happy to follow every single rule and love my religion, its perfect don't need to change at all.
that's what I always say, follow the example of Muhammed(PBUH) and there is nothing on this planet you can't do. I am new to this, and Muhammed(PBUH) is my HERO. I love Him with all my heart more than myself.
It's true, though. If you want to be Muslim, you should read the Qur'an yourself and get all your information yourself. It's getting really hard to believe the words of others nowadays...
Hadith is hijacking the Quran.Quran mention itself only source.No müslim have other looking than me.Beliving Quran is the Iman.Hadiths and some cultural things divided whole ummah.Every müslim country have wonderful mümins but all of we were divided inside munafikun,müşrikun and kuffar.On the other hand,Quran gave us the actions,behaviour style but we never think about it.As Allah mentioned,we are just like people,we love them but they always be happy when we are in bad condition.
@hotbanana9000 InshALLAH. :) Someday,we wil win. and my biggest dream is in heaven i can see all prophet esspecialy Muhammad SAW. but to get there is not easy.bcoz im not perpect,but i will try the best inshallah. nica to meet u
come on man ethics is rules , commanding people to reason is also rules.. religion is a way of life and each way of life has its own rules,,, so its all about rules yes, rules create the harmony,,, rules are like formulas of the universe that create the harmony, imagine if the gravity's rule did not work. if the gravitational fields did not follow the rules what would happen.isnt religion to live a life in a way to achieve harmony, justice and prosperity? justice without rules?
@shorty40merza yeah well, at least everybody knows that gravity exists and is the same for everybody we all see it. Not like this stupid religion for child and retard that cannot think. You really have to be a child to believe that you gonna have fruits, river of honey and wine (wine!!) and virgin mates (virgin mates!!!!) in paradise if you blindly follow muhammad... Muhammad had a great idea to build an army, now its times that you guys get over it! wake-up! drrrrriiiiiiinngg!!!!
@KaonNeutre the issues your mocking are rewards and punishment issues... its natural for every authority to use the reward and punishment system to obtain compliance.. the rules i am talking about are rules that achieve justice and prosperity for humanity. rules that eliminate crime , financial laws, inheritance laws, marriage laws, bank system laws, criminal laws, this is what religion is for otherwise religion would be useless if it doesn't address the practical life.
@shorty40merza "he rules i am talking about are rules that achieve justice and prosperity for humanity. "
Rules are good for uneducated people. I give rules to my child but once they are older, they have to understand why I did this because I won't be over them all their lives. Moral values comes from education, social ties and empathy. No need for religious beliefs.
Fear is also a way to make people do what you want even if you are wrong. It's the way Hitler succeed in his evil plan.
@shorty40merza "A man's ethical behavior should be based effectually on sympathy, education, and social ties; no religious basis is necessary. Man would indeed be in a poor way if he had to be restrained by fear of punishment and hope of reward after death.", Albert Einstein
@KaonNeutre there are three ways of worship, afraid of punishment and that's called the worship of the slave, greedy for his reward and thats the worship of the merchant, and worshiping god out of love for him and because he is worthy of it and that is the worship of the free,Enstien probably want the people to be the free worshipers but the bottom line is all the ways are acceptable by god because the objective is the same which is to obey god and hence refrain from harming other creatures.
@shorty40merza "Enstien probably want the people to be the free worshipers"
lol... no. Einstein wanted people to not be stupid. He didn't believed in a weak god that need to be worshiped and to fear people to be believed in. Only a man do that. And a weak one that knows he's lying, so he try to fear people. It's how Hitler and muhammad succeeded to build an army ; by fearing peoples.
@shorty40merza If you think promising river of honey and wine (wine!!) and virgin mates (virgin mates!!!!) in paradise has anything to do with moral you are in a very poor way...
@KaonNeutre honey is very valuable and takes so much effort to make and is expensive and has so much benefits. the wine of the heaven is a different type of wine which doesn't have the harms and the toxins of the earthly wine that kills the liver. and virgins females (not mates), as you know virginity with the females resembles pureness and males are very attracted to this feature just go and do statistics and see if the males like virgin girls or no. so all of these things are nice rewards
@shorty40merza "the wine of the heaven is a different type of wine doesn't have the harms and the toxins of the earthly wine that kills the liver."
LOL than it is not wine. Wine is grape juice in which the sugar have been fermented by bacteria. It's nothing more and nothing less...
" virgins females, males are very attracted to this feature"... I just don't even believe you just told me that!!! Sex slave in paradise! FOR MEN! Yeah! Thanks Muhammad!!! (Not Allah for 100% sure! lol!!!)
@shorty40merza Now read this quote again: "A man's ethical behavior should be based effectually on sympathy, education, and social ties; no religious basis is necessary. Man would indeed be in a poor way if he had to be restrained by fear of punishment and hope of reward after death.", Albert Einstein
And try to understand what it means. Because you certainly not now. And you are in a VERY poor way.
I COULDN'T HAVE SAID IT ANY BETTER , this is exactly why i stay away from so called masjids and stick with my quran & its teachings. all you get in most masjids is a bunch of nutheads trying to push down their medieval thinking on you under the name of islam
Quran teaches that the earth is flat (Q79:30) and that semen eminates from the kidneys (Q86:5-7). Also most odd in the 'wisdom' of Quran we have a 50-fold error in simple mathematics (compare Q32:5 with 70:4). Without Hadiths, Islam is a bizarre and incomplete shell, as has been written over the centuries by many Muslim religious figures. The rules make Islam what it is and 'Quran Only' is rarely, if ever, practiced by any Muslim today.
You got it wrong, the reason those verses dont make sense to you because your not reading the verses before and after and your probably reading the "translation" some translators write what they "think" they got from it. I have just opened the Quran in arabic "the original form" and since i speak arabic i read it and got the meaning and its not what you said above.
@AnimeIsMyThingz Then your worst nightmares have been realised. Your Arab god Allah chose a language that is incapable of being translated into any other human tongue. Sad for other Muslims who do not have any working knowledge of Arabic. Further, the Arabic of Quran is not identical to modern forms, so your understanding may well be perverted as well. A double strike vs. Allah, who seems bent on revealing his message in an obscure form of Arabic that even confounds its modern experts.
Why do you explain things in the way you like ? The arabic in the Quran is not "used" by modern forms as you say, that is wrong we use it but we use the arabic "slang" when we talk with each other much like when people in the US say " wazab dog" that dont mean they dont know what " hey man" means and ect.
Second of all he is not an "arab god" who's name is "allah", allah is the arabic word for god.
And regarding the translation i never said its being translated by a writer which means he will translate in the form he things is right or by what he "got from it ". Much like the bible its not writen in english its writen in herbru and thats why if you check the history of the bible you will be its been translated over and over again more than once to english because they found the older translation dont really get the meaning of the scripts and ect.
@AnimeIsMyThingz Translations are rendering in another language from the original language. It's not a complicated idea. If your original is so obscure as to defy translation in any other tongue, then there is a problem with the original. I note many English version Qurans that have parenthetical additions from the translator, not found in the original. What??? You need to doctor up the sacred writings of Allah himself? A god incapable of completing a cogent thought? Too funny!
And regarding the Hadiths then yeah they are important since god tells us in the Quran to follow Mohammed PUH as the best example and learn from him how to pray and stuff like that since he is the best muslim a humen can be.
@AnimeIsMyThingz You prove my point. Thanks. Muslims need the endless list of ridiculous and often contardictory rules of behavior (based on Hadithic tradition) to be the 'best Muslim.' There is a reason why prescriptions for wiping one's bottom or drinking camel urine as a tonic is part of the 'morality' in Islam rather than in other belief systems. Next up: Prove your mythological Muhammed was a real person.
@TADahar In this religion you are not forced to convert to it but remember you will be in trouble in the afterlife so don't take the risk , move you ass and convert to Islam because it it is the only religion that has not been changed by humans and btw can you see the air??? you can't see it but you can feel it just like god
You know what he is right we donnot investigate the signs of Allah and take what ever is in the quran literally without critical thinking. Most of you should be ashamed of yourself reading the quran like a novel or a machine.Understand what the quran says and increase yourself of knowedge to know why rules in quran apply to us
He granteth wisdom to whom He pleaseth; and he to whom wisdom is granted receiveth indeed a benefit overflowing; but none will grasp the Message but men of understanding.
You can see the typical Kafir comments, they don't respect their own mother and through eating pork don't respect themselves and love filth, POOR CREATURES.
IF you don't beleive in the true religion of ISLAM you SHALL be TOASTED , are you so blind, you cant see through your filthy Kaafir thoughts.
AAAAHHH we will still pray for you cos we get an elevated reward from our lord if we do, great huh..... C U on the other side in JANNAH if your lucky( or maybe not eh). SALAAM TO ALL MUSLIMS.
@hotbanana9000 Hello HB9000, I don't call science my god for the same reason that I don't call a hammer or a screw driver god. Science is a tool that is very usefull; if you think about it science serves you and I equally, we do not serve it. I kind of like that about science. As for my beliefs, I believe that we are human beings and that all humans are equal, no one is better than anyone else no matter what their religion may say to the contrary. Cheers!
bless this guy for he has seen the light and now we can send him to pakistan to help those people that allah, gebriel and mohamed showed him. this guy is fantastic, we should all learn from his dumbness and stupidity. he is an idiot and dumb arse mother fucker that wants to convert the world into islam. amazing bullshit. 97% of thye quran is about hate and violence and controlling others by the use of religion. well done man now get the fuck out of usa and into pakistan where you help them
@hotbanana9000 Sorry HB9000, I'm not a kid, hell I'm not even middle aged any more so maybe you and I have more in common than you think. Science is not my "god," but it is an extremely usefull tool that has applications in all situations...except religion which is a tool to keep humans dumbed down and fighting among themselves. Thanks for the reply but please throw off the shackles.
Sorry guys, but I see no more justification to believe in your myths than I do to believe in any of the other myths out there. Please join the 21st century!
@ahmaddiaz OK, i don't have to have a religion to wish you peace and love, which i do... but you didn't answer my question, and you said one day Islam will WIN ?? win what ?????
@stuntcrew01 answer what?i forget. yes oneday islam will be the winner.winner that the true religion is islam (Jesus will say that,will make u understand) this duniya will be peace by islam. but today islam/muslim really 2 suffer. we just only Sabr/patient,and pray.Amin.and the last day in dunia a lot of people will convert to islam. we will see. nice to meet u crew
@stuntcrew01 Is that question your logic that Islam is not true?? So how many thousands of people of a religion have to die in a tragedy for that religion to be false in your opinion?? Or are you one of the atheists whose spiritual ancestors believed that the earth was flat and that was a scientific fact?
hey justanoldman1 why do you think you have the right to make fun of our religon we are all creations of allah we should not fight we whould not make fun of what you belive so dont make fun of what we belive and this is to all who see this video and im reminding my self befor i remind others
More like Ahmadis repent. Really now, I'm all for Unity, and I don't mind Shi'ites and Sunnis (90% of Muslims), but Ahmadis need to understand what they're doing (calling all of us kuffar, because we don't believe in their INSANE Notion that Jesus and the Mahdi were some Indian dude who was born in 1850) is absolute rubbish. So Ahmadis, repent.
Agree, we are too worried about intricacies at first and missing the big picture.

The fact is that FIQH is an entire Islamic science all on its own. No one can ever change that. This guy and people of his ilk are the same people who will try and belittle the halal/haram as taught by Prophet Muhammad pbuh. I don't trust this guy.

Precisely!!
You must find a reliable `aalim and study a school of jurisprudence from him so you can comprehend, understand and therefore practise islaam correctly. And this takes time! The companions, the best of the muslims, took 10 years to study surat ul-baqarah alone and they studied it directly from the prophet himself

slim240293 10 months ago
@slim240293 I think you and I are going to have to wait forever. I left Islam because the Quran is like all other religious texts - full of assertions without proof. I'm filled with a mix of anger and mirth when I hear people spouting nonsense about scientific miracles, and also when they present authority figures like this math professor here. I couldn't give a damn if a professor of biology converts to Islam, just the same way I don't give a damn if Dawkins is atheist. I choose for myself.
TADahar 10 months ago
@TADahar

TADahar 10 months ago
@Arabman666
TADahar 10 months ago
@TADahar
Arabman666 10 months ago
@Arabman666 You are commiting the mistake of adding information that does not exist within that ayat. Yes, the sun moves around the galaxy. But there is no mention of the galaxy nor any description of it. Without adding any extraneous information and knowledge, it is clear that the ayat is attempting to explain the occurences of night and day FROM THE VIEW POINT OF THE EARTH.
TADahar 10 months ago
@Arabman666 Surah Fussilat Ayat 12: "And He completed them as seven heavens within two days and inspired in each heaven its command. And We adorned the NEAREST HEAVEN with lamps and as protection. That is the determination of the Exalted in Might, the Knowing."
[ Yet another primitive idea about the way how the "heavens" are constructed. Muslims have also alternatively interpreted the seven heavens as representing seven layers in the earth's atmosphere. Also wrong. ]

TADahar 10 months ago
@TADahar
Arabman666 10 months ago
@Arabman666 I'm not adding anything to the ayat. I am reading it as it is. The only frame of reference given is with the mention of night and day, together with the sun and moon within the same ayat. There is no precise explanation of the fact that the moon moves around the earth, which itself moves around the sun, which itself moves around the galaxy; that knowledge is inferred. YOU are the one filling the gaps.

Arabman666 10 months ago

Arabman666 10 months ago
@Arabman666 Would you like to go home and read up on the big bang theory, and compare it with the ayat? I'll let you do that.
TADahar 10 months ago
@TADahar
Arabman666 10 months ago
@Arabman666 Do you honestly think you're not fitting in too much information into such a brief ayat?
TADahar 10 months ago
@Arabman666 And you're also ignroing the very literal mention of the heavens and the earth. Please don't ingore that and just move on to "the universe was one piece".
TADahar 10 months ago
@TADahar
It also describes the mountain localization, which doesn't sound like Isolated volcanic mountain locals, but rather mountain planes and boundaries- like those in the east.
These are what your grand argument is?
Arabman666 10 months ago
@Arabman666 The universe is 13.7 billion years old, and th earth is 4 billion years old
TADahar 10 months ago
@TADahar
Arabman666 10 months ago
@Arabman666 "We count years by our solar cycle and lunar cycle (which is what the Quran tells us)- what was a year before the debris settled?"
When you read the ayat, do you understand it to mean that the heavens and planet Earth were joined? Because the timeline then would just be off, and it wouldn't matter by whose standards were counting a year, a difference of nine billion years between the 'development of the Earth and that of the universe is problematic for this ayat.
TADahar 10 months ago
@TADahar
That's poor logic.
Arabman666 10 months ago
@Arabman666 9 billions years is not an argument of semantics. It's a really huge amount of time. And there was no earth around even 1 billion years after the big bang, so how could there have been a joined heaven and earth at the moment of the big bang?
TADahar 10 months ago
@TADahar
Arabman666 10 months ago
@TADahar
Come on man. If you do have an MS (or ever plan on getting one), and you're looking for a PhD, you know if you made this argument in any other subject who ever is judging it would be laughing his ass off.
Arabman666 10 months ago
@Arabman666 Okay let's say that I'm really just an uneducated Ctrl+C fool, why not entertain the question?
TADahar 10 months ago
@TADahar
Arabman666 10 months ago
@TADahar
I need to go home. Private message me, and we'll speak later. For Heaven's sake, make it better than what you've sent me here.
Arabman666 10 months ago
@Arabman666 " All it's constituents were present in the big bang.."
No my friend. You're modifying the science to fit your faith. The earth did not exist - not even in a dismantled form - during the big bang. Now you're the one dealing in semantics.
TADahar 10 months ago
@Arabman666 Only after about 380,000 years did electrons and nuclei form atoms, and most of that was hydrogen, none of the heavier elements present even in th earth's infancy.
TADahar 10 months ago
@TADahar
Arabman666 10 months ago
@Arabman666 "You're literally taking what you want out of the Quran (actually, you're taking almost nothing out of it), and leaving what you don't want."
You're putting too much information in that doesn't necessarily need to be there. Not only have you taken the ayat to be meaning to say that the earth was in its constituent parts, now you're even adding stuff to it. It appears then that the ayat is only scientific when you're there to make it scientific.
TADahar 10 months ago
@TADahar If the earth really was in its contituent parts, why would the ayat not say so specifically? Why is it that so much has to be assumed to make the ayat work?

@TADahar
Sounds right to me.
Arabman666 10 months ago
@Arabman666 Even is rawasi is a word denoting "non-volcanic" mountains, it would be of no concern. Instead of mountains influencing tectonic plates, the cause and effect relation ship goes the other way around. Tectonic plate movement caused the formation of the mountains.
TADahar 10 months ago
@TADahar

Arabman666 10 months ago
@Arabman666 Again, that's just immature and irrelevant. Comparing what the Quran doesn't say with what other holy boks DO say is of no relevance to a discussion focused on the quran itself. Will you or will oyu not discuss Surah Al-Anbiya Ayat 30-33?

Why should I comply? I've dealt with enough Harun Yahya idiots to know that one of their tactics is to pummel people with a barrage of scientific questions. But they themselves aren't able to sceintifically prove Allah's existence.
TADahar 10 months ago
@Arabman666 And furthermore, how can I be sure that your real intent is not to mire me in a evolution vs religion debate. We were talking about the so-called scientific miracles of the quran, and you suddenly switch to endosymbiotic theory? I'm not going to waste my time with a CREATIONIST.
TADahar 10 months ago
@Arabman666 LOL. I've never heard of anyone "double minoring" in anything, but I forgot to include that I also minored in physics. In fact, I'm thinking of pursuing a second MS in Particle Physics or Astrophysics if possible
TADahar 10 months ago
@TADahar
Double minor? Well, then you might have not gone to a University, seeing as how you earn a minor by taking a series of courses.

@Arabman666 Oh, wow. I'm sorry, my friend. I didn't mean to belittle your grand pursuit of minors. Sorry, okay? XoXoX

this guy is confussed or an agent.

It's true, though. If you want to be Muslim, you should read the Qur'an yourself and get all your information yourself. It's getting really hard to believe the words of others nowadays...

Hadith is hijacking the Quran.Quran mention itself only source.No müslim have other looking than me.Beliving Quran is the Iman.Hadiths and some cultural things divided whole ummah.Every müslim country have wonderful mümins but all of we were divided inside munafikun,müşrikun and kuffar.On the other hand,Quran gave us the actions,behaviour style but we never think about it.As Allah mentioned,we are just like people,we love them but they always be happy when we are in bad condition.

come on man ethics is rules , commanding people to reason is also rules.. religion is a way of life and each way of life has its own rules,,, so its all about rules yes, rules create the harmony,,, rules are like formulas of the universe that create the harmony, imagine if the gravity's rule did not work. if the gravitational fields did not follow the rules what would happen.isnt religion to live a life in a way to achieve harmony, justice and prosperity? justice without rules?
shorty40merza 1 year ago
@shorty40merza yeah well, at least everybody knows that gravity exists and is the same for everybody we all see it. Not like this stupid religion for child and retard that cannot think. You really have to be a child to believe that you gonna have fruits, river of honey and wine (wine!!) and virgin mates (virgin mates!!!!) in paradise if you blindly follow muhammad... Muhammad had a great idea to build an army, now its times that you guys get over it! wake-up! drrrrriiiiiiinngg!!!!
KaonNeutre 1 year ago
@KaonNeutre the issues your mocking are rewards and punishment issues... its natural for every authority to use the reward and punishment system to obtain compliance.. the rules i am talking about are rules that achieve justice and prosperity for humanity. rules that eliminate crime , financial laws, inheritance laws, marriage laws, bank system laws, criminal laws, this is what religion is for otherwise religion would be useless if it doesn't address the practical life.
shorty40merza 1 year ago
@shorty40merza "he rules i am talking about are rules that achieve justice and prosperity for humanity. "
Rules are good for uneducated people. I give rules to my child but once they are older, they have to understand why I did this because I won't be over them all their lives. Moral values comes from education, social ties and empathy. No need for religious beliefs.
Fear is also a way to make people do what you want even if you are wrong. It's the way Hitler succeed in his evil plan.
KaonNeutre 1 year ago
@shorty40merza "A man's ethical behavior should be based effectually on sympathy, education, and social ties; no religious basis is necessary. Man would indeed be in a poor way if he had to be restrained by fear of punishment and hope of reward after death.", Albert Einstein
KaonNeutre 1 year ago
@KaonNeutre there are three ways of worship, afraid of punishment and that's called the worship of the slave, greedy for his reward and thats the worship of the merchant, and worshiping god out of love for him and because he is worthy of it and that is the worship of the free,Enstien probably want the people to be the free worshipers but the bottom line is all the ways are acceptable by god because the objective is the same which is to obey god and hence refrain from harming other creatures.
shorty40merza 1 year ago
@shorty40merza "Enstien probably want the people to be the free worshipers"
lol... no. Einstein wanted people to not be stupid. He didn't believed in a weak god that need to be worshiped and to fear people to be believed in. Only a man do that. And a weak one that knows he's lying, so he try to fear people. It's how Hitler and muhammad succeeded to build an army ; by fearing peoples.
KaonNeutre 1 year ago
@shorty40merza If you think promising river of honey and wine (wine!!) and virgin mates (virgin mates!!!!) in paradise has anything to do with moral you are in a very poor way...
KaonNeutre 1 year ago
@KaonNeutre honey is very valuable and takes so much effort to make and is expensive and has so much benefits. the wine of the heaven is a different type of wine which doesn't have the harms and the toxins of the earthly wine that kills the liver. and virgins females (not mates), as you know virginity with the females resembles pureness and males are very attracted to this feature just go and do statistics and see if the males like virgin girls or no. so all of these things are nice rewards
shorty40merza 1 year ago
@shorty40merza "the wine of the heaven is a different type of wine doesn't have the harms and the toxins of the earthly wine that kills the liver."
LOL than it is not wine. Wine is grape juice in which the sugar have been fermented by bacteria. It's nothing more and nothing less...
" virgins females, males are very attracted to this feature"... I just don't even believe you just told me that!!! Sex slave in paradise! FOR MEN! Yeah! Thanks Muhammad!!! (Not Allah for 100% sure! lol!!!)

And try to understand what it means. Because you certainly not now. And you are in a VERY poor way.

Do you all know Quran is organized in mathmatical fashion? Analyze the number in the Quran.
aullah1234 1 year ago
I COULDN'T HAVE SAID IT ANY BETTER , this is exactly why i stay away from so called masjids and stick with my quran & its teachings. all you get in most masjids is a bunch of nutheads trying to push down their medieval thinking on you under the name of islam
abmsu86 1 year ago 2
Quran teaches that the earth is flat (Q79:30) and that semen eminates from the kidneys (Q86:5-7). Also most odd in the 'wisdom' of Quran we have a 50-fold error in simple mathematics (compare Q32:5 with 70:4). Without Hadiths, Islam is a bizarre and incomplete shell, as has been written over the centuries by many Muslim religious figures. The rules make Islam what it is and 'Quran Only' is rarely, if ever, practiced by any Muslim today.

@drdavey777 get your facts right. you can search on youtube about the miracles of the Quran.

@drdavey777
You got it wrong, the reason those verses dont make sense to you because your not reading the verses before and after and your probably reading the "translation" some translators write what they "think" they got from it. I have just opened the Quran in arabic "the original form" and since i speak arabic i read it and got the meaning and its not what you said above.
AnimeIsMyThingz 1 year ago
@AnimeIsMyThingz Then your worst nightmares have been realised. Your Arab god Allah chose a language that is incapable of being translated into any other human tongue. Sad for other Muslims who do not have any working knowledge of Arabic. Further, the Arabic of Quran is not identical to modern forms, so your understanding may well be perverted as well. A double strike vs. Allah, who seems bent on revealing his message in an obscure form of Arabic that even confounds its modern experts.
drdavey777 1 year ago
@drdavey777
AnimeIsMyThingz 1 year ago
@drdavey777
AnimeIsMyThingz 1 year ago
@AnimeIsMyThingz Translations are rendering in another language from the original language. It's not a complicated idea. If your original is so obscure as to defy translation in any other tongue, then there is a problem with the original. I note many English version Qurans that have parenthetical additions from the translator, not found in the original. What??? You need to doctor up the sacred writings of Allah himself? A god incapable of completing a cogent thought? Too funny!
drdavey777 1 year ago
@drdavey777
And regarding the Hadiths then yeah they are important since god tells us in the Quran to follow Mohammed PUH as the best example and learn from him how to pray and stuff like that since he is the best muslim a humen can be.
AnimeIsMyThingz 1 year ago
@AnimeIsMyThingz You prove my point. Thanks. Muslims need the endless list of ridiculous and often contardictory rules of behavior (based on Hadithic tradition) to be the 'best Muslim.' There is a reason why prescriptions for wiping one's bottom or drinking camel urine as a tonic is part of the 'morality' in Islam rather than in other belief systems. Next up: Prove your mythological Muhammed was a real person.
drdavey777 1 year ago
@AnimeIsMyThingz I hope you wipe your butt with an odd number of stones buddy, because that is Hadithic. lmao

Cheers!

@hotbanana9000 Sorry HB9000, I'm not a kid, hell I'm not even middle aged any more so maybe you and I have more in common than you think. Thanks for the reply but please throw off the shackles.
