@Marcolectrocutioner Did you not see the video? His light palm doesn't run anymore so its super fast, i'm not sure if it is safe, and i believe they took invincibility away. Also the frame adv. on his cl.mp has been adjusted so that you can link it into other normals giving him a much more solid blockstring than jab jab jab. His j. roundhouse sends you to the ground (forgot what that trait was called). I could say more, it's just I can't remember right now.

@Marcolectrocutioner Not his light punch, I said his light PALM, meaning the light version of his running palm doesn't actually run (even though they call it running palm). He will just do the palm where he is standing at and comes out super fast. Check in 1:23, he does a crossup and then goes for a light palm blockstring that comes out super fast. I don't know what you mean about Hakan though, Hakan doesn't even have a palm..?

@Marcolectrocutioner So basically some of Gouken's changes are:

-Light version of his palm (Senkugoshosha) has been changed (faster, I *think* zero invincibility, and travels no distance)

-Close mp's frame adv. has been adjusted and is much better now, can now do realiable blockstrings with it.

-Neutral jump HP and HK both send you to the ground if they hit air-to-air.

-You can cancel the first hit of his j.mp into an air tatsu and it will HIT the opponent.

That's all I can remember for now...
