Nice work!!! Bought an orange '72 H-1 in 1973 as my first motorcycle. A sick way to start. Smoked like a chimney. Screamed like a banshee. "Handled" like a bucking bronco. Easily blew off Harleys with more than twice the displacement. Used to show off by "kick starting" it with a flick of the hand. But mine only had one disc brake. Otherwise the same as this one. Does the double disc make it a "B" model?
That's pretty near perfect! Had a blue plastic model back in the day and some lucky guy had a blue one two streets (blocks) down... used to start on less than 3 cylinders I seem to remember on a cold morning, with lots of smoke...
Great bike! I have since sold mine for a quick and easy profit. I will have one again someday! Thanks for the comment...

Drove one a long time ago. Kick in power, and lots of it. No steering or brakes though :)

The dual disc was an option at the time and it still is a H1B
going on 20,000 miles now . still running great.

the carbs are Mikuni that came with the bike when new .
