People need common-sense laws.It's not difficult to figure out what needs to be done.This is a problem in Japan.So they feel they have better morals than the rest of the world which this craziness proves that's this is a huge moral deficiency.

I'm going through this same thing right now.But the wife didn't run she changed her telephone number,address when I left Japan last.
