If this fight is going to be fair then the only logical way is to give sasuke the rennigan. Im not sure how he'll attain it though, Madara said there was a secret... maybe sasuke will uncover that secret, or somehow kill Madara himself to the rennigan.Then he will have the "ems" and the rennigan.

Can Naruto win? Yes. Why? Not only does he fight his ALL but his determination is whats going to making stand up every time he gets knocked down. And what i believe will be the deciding factor is Itachi. He still got some of his powers implanted in Naruto from the time when they where looking for Sauske in the Forrest. Sauske, yes he fights for his clans revenge but first and for most to revenge his brother. Still a long shot but thats how i think it will go in a way.

@XxAUDIxFTW Everything you just said there was wrong. Kakashi can't use Hiraishin as fast as Minato and Sasuke never learned it. Not to mention Kakashi is in no way close to Minato's natural speed. The only characters who can reach Minato's speed at this point are Naruto and the Raikage. That's it.

I think that wiith the EMS you get a time manipulaton jutsu. Sasukes will probably slow down time. If he gets Rinnegan it will probably from the first Hokages DNA so he would have wood release them he could forcibly extinguish the nine tails chakra so it would be easy for him to kill naruto with the EMS or the Rinnegan.
@MrMack1376 don't forget his genjutso... As far as I know Naruto is still easily susceptible to that technique... Which if you think about it is very similar to superman and mind control.

If Sasuke happens to get Naruto into a dark or completely dark area, Sasuke has the advantage seeing that has can see in complete darkness. Now to counter this, Naruto does have the ability to sense Chakra at far ranges, In the Bijuu mode ( yellow) - He can even sense evil thoughts and/or an evil presence. Overall I always have been a Naruto fan first and foremost. But we all know Sasuke can handle himself well when he is fighting alone.
So Naruto will definitely need that new found speed to counter this. Not only this but Sasuke has shown his ability to read Chakra, as if they were lights, So if Naruto DOES do that whole transformation ( either one) I would imagine he would look like a light bulb in a dark tunnel to Sasuke. I won't go as far to say that he will be able to read his quick speeds in all his mannerisms BUT ... he would have to at least get a good sense where he is headed.
To be fair none of us have seen the TRUE potential of Sasuke now that he has attained his brothers eyes. Also Sasuke has Eternal eyes now... ( Though I don't specifically know what it means other than he won't be going blind no matter how often he uses his eyes ) BUT He's bound to have way more chakra now with his brothers addition. Don't forget he has Amaterasu its not exactly the same as before now with his NEW Susanoo .. it shoots many at once.. and on impact its taking up most of the body.

sasuke doesnt need any speed, as soon as he activates susanoo and amaterasu, he cant be touched by a physical attack, he is completely protected and then naruto's speed is completely useless. Even the raikage had to sacrifice his arm in order to land a blow. Naruto still has the advantage however with the Bijuu bomb and rasenshuriken which might be able to break susanoo w/o physically touching him

Can Naruto win? Yes. Why? Not only does he fight his ALL but his determination is whats going to making stand up every time he gets knocked down. And what i believe will be the deciding factor is Itachi. He still got some of his powers implanted in Naruto from the time when they where looking for Sauske in the Forrest. Sauske, yes he fights for his clans revenge but first and for most to revenge his brother. Still a long shot but thats how i think it will go in a way.

I think that wiith the EMS you get a time manipulaton jutsu. Sasukes will probably slow down time. If he gets Rinnegan it will probably from the first Hokages DNA so he would have wood release them he could forcibly extinguish the nine tails chakra so it would be easy for him to kill naruto with the EMS or the Rinnegan.

If Sasuke happens to get Naruto into a dark or completely dark area, Sasuke has the advantage seeing that has can see in complete darkness. Now to counter this, Naruto does have the ability to sense Chakra at far ranges, In the Bijuu mode ( yellow) - He can even sense evil thoughts and/or an evil presence. Overall I always have been a Naruto fan first and foremost. But we all know Sasuke can handle himself well when he is fighting alone.

So Naruto will definitely need that new found speed to counter this. Not only this but Sasuke has shown his ability to read Chakra, as if they were lights, So if Naruto DOES do that whole transformation ( either one) I would imagine he would look like a light bulb in a dark tunnel to Sasuke. I won't go as far to say that he will be able to read his quick speeds in all his mannerisms BUT ... he would have to at least get a good sense where he is headed.

To be fair none of us have seen the TRUE potential of Sasuke now that he has attained his brothers eyes. Also Sasuke has Eternal eyes now... ( Though I don't specifically know what it means other than he won't be going blind no matter how often he uses his eyes ) BUT He's bound to have way more chakra now with his brothers addition. Don't forget he has Amaterasu its not exactly the same as before now with his NEW Susanoo .. it shoots many at once.. and on impact its taking up most of the body.

sasuke doesnt need any speed, as soon as he activates susanoo and amaterasu, he cant be touched by a physical attack, he is completely protected and then naruto's speed is completely useless. Even the raikage had to sacrifice his arm in order to land a blow. Naruto still has the advantage however with the Bijuu bomb and rasenshuriken which might be able to break susanoo w/o physically touching him
