Nice! What shutter speed have you choose to get flash sync with the camera? What flash power 1/2?

I can sync at 1/200th of a second, but flash power and shutter speed change depending on how much ambient I'm including and what aperture I want to use.

All the frames I shot were used in the video. So you can see that it was quite a few. My legs weren't really jello, but the sun was certainly draining my energy!

I know those types of shots can take several attempts. How many did you shoot? And were your legs like jello afterwards?
