You can actually talk your way outa it if u say were under attack you can then say your droid must be malfuctaning and u dont have 2 fight him and he gives u a gun.

@BahFo Something like that, yes. =) There's 3 more ranged classes, however, and those are imperial agent, trooper, and bounty hunter.

@blackbelt807 Someone who can take alot of damage and hold aggro. Basically it's someone who gets enemies attention so that the teammates don't get damaged.

@blackbelt807 Aggro (I don't know what the root word is if there is one) is a word to describe an enemies attention towards a specific character. For instance, a tank is supposed to maintain aggro of the enemies so that the tank's teammates don't get aggro. You can build up or lose aggro depending on how much "threat" you are producing; higher threat means more likely to get aggro.

Playthrough FAQ:

1. dont do useless stuff during recording or cut it off.

2. learn to use ur fking map [m] key

3. learn at least some basic information about the game BEFORE you do any playthrough coz its uninformative.

3a, Area looting is a feature they mention about on the DVD BOX so why you don't know/use it is just beyond me.

4. Again "I wonder if there is " sentence shouldnt be used in a playthrough video. You should learn about game features before making video and inform ur watchers.

Point 1: I record live for a reason, which is to show my thought process and -how- I figure (or not) stuff out. It's a live LP, not something else.

Point 2: I know about the map. Lulz.

Point 3: Learning stuff before I play defeats the purpose of LPing in the style I'm going for. I want to show not just the content, but how I figured it out. I also....

Point 3a: I don't know why I don't use it either, but the game isn't out yet and as such no DVD BOX.

Does this game feel more like a single player game or a true mmorpg?

also is there like any huge cities were everyone can meet up and do you have to do the main story?

@geicolizard It can function as either (in early game). BioWare does a great job integrating story into an MMO. If you -want- to game by yourself, then it seems more single-player like. However, it still screams MMO because of the mechanics.

There are ALL the functions/mechanics/systems typical MMO's have. There's no need to worry about that. So yes, cities, raids, instances, groups, PvP....all there.

@Koensol It's really hard for me to decide as well. If you're asking their strengths/weaknesses from a gameplay standpoint (not story), then I'd say a big weakness for the smuggler is the cover mechanic. It's not that it's a bad idea or anything, but from a practical point of view, PvP might be a huge crutch DEPENDING on how important cover is later on in the game. I didn't get to play any one class very high, so I don't know how either class will turn out. Its possible theyll both be good later
