When I first saw Viola, she seriously creeped me out. I was really scared of her. But then I broke her Psychelocks and I felt really bad for her. And then I saw that she was crying, and I cried with her ;_;. That is why Viola is one of my favorite Ace Attorney characters.

@UndertakerU2ber Furio Tigre hit her with his (car? motorcycle?), and as a result, owed money to Viola's father, who is a mob boss. He attempted to steal the computer virus in order to pay off his debts; Viola, unaware that Furio was the one whoe caused her accident, started working for him.

At least, that's my understanding.

Am I the only one who feels really sorry for Viola? As a favourite relation of a mob boss, it's little wonder that people avoided her. She became cold and withdrawn because she was simply so lonely, and that's how it was so easy for Furio Tigre to convice her he loved her, simply because no one else could dare to be near her.

Saddest PW character ever imo, because even Godot gets some closure, but she just goes back to being lonely again, having had her heart broken.

@MrJStroller What you said makes sense. A lot of sad sense. I've played PW:AA, T&T, and AJ:AA, and she's remained my favorite character out of the three, more than Phoenix or Apollo. Looking more at her backstory, analyzing it, makes her story that much deeper and depressing.

It seems strange that even Dahlia has all these supporters willing to defend her and say that she wasn`t born evil and that they want to see her soul in the afterlife saved yet few are willing to come to Viola`s defense......

And the fact that her crying sprite is pretty much exactly the same as her creepy laugh sprite..Makes you wonder what she was really thinking each time she laughed..And those Psyche-Locks actually didn't need that great a deal of evidence to break..It was almost as though she was lying to herself as much as Phoenix.. Seeing such a bitter and creepy person like her shed tears as she confessed that she knew deep down Tigre didn't care about her was heartbreaking.
