The difficulty regarding skirts for ladies sports, as football, is that there would no regulation about the undergarments and this could engender a format of risky accoutrements. Even women in swimwear at the pool or the public beaches do not wear skirts, because of what would be the next perception.

I think this is a good idea. It seems that when women or girls play sports in shorts or trousers/pants, they look butch and unattractive, whereas when they wear short skirts or athletics briefs/knickers/'bun huggers', which are like bikini bottoms, they are attractive and feminine.
