  • thank you so much.....im a little kid and my pizza's awesome

  • does that mean pizza is alive O_O

  • i want to see that live.

  • Cylons would fap to the sound quality.

  • Excellent doh recipe. Plus, I'm sure you get this all the time, but you look like a young Demi Moore.

  • what should i do if the dough isn't strong enough to handle after it rises? and how do i prevent the dough from becoming lumpy?

  • I'd like to cut about 20 pounds of bacon off her mid section.

  • yummmmy hhaha gud vid!

  • you are forcing yourself to speak with american-yankee accent.why dont you speak naturally?because it shows it is not your natural accent and yankee accent does not suit you.

  • very good video, my dough got a lot of crums like theres small things under it , not smooth like i see on the web, but its still ok and grew well, you just gotta improve on the sound part

  • that was easier than anything else ive watched. thanks! :) im making it right now :D

  • thank you

  • Your recipe is very good and easy.; I only think that if you are working (kneading) with your hands, you shouldn't be touching your hair constantly.

  • that was very helpful. thank you so much

  • Awesome !

  • Thank you for the recipe. Just a few ?'s... How long do I need to bake it for? If I was going to freeze the dough, how should I do, before or after rising? Also, when I want to use the frozen dough, what's the best method? Thank you again.

  • Hi lliillyy88 first 475 degrees F for approx 12 mins you want your crust to be golden brown. I have froze dough before I form the doughs into individualized balls and place them in ziploc freezer bags labeled when made. I would defrost in the fridge like over night if you were to do room temp it takes a good 1.5 hrs both methods work well.

Good luck hope it works out for you.

Please let me know how it went and feel free to ask any other questions,

    Bon appetit and God Bless

  • stay away from the pizzas drop like 70 pounds

  • you're way too excentric.

    please tone it down.

  • horrible horrible sound i couldnt watch it all its making some weird noise.

  • How do you make it so that the dough is not undercooked in the middle when you use a pizza tray? Whenever I have made my own pizza dough I have this problem, the dough in the middle of the pizza ends up undercooked.

  • What I do is first set the raw pizza dough with its toppings on the pan.

Then I heat the pan with a stovetop on med-high heat (it's preferable to do this on low heat for a longer time, but I'm impatient haha) for a couple of minutes (it should be done after you see some smoke/bubbles. This ensures that your crust will be cooked and give you a nice crispy, browned bottom also.

    Enjoy!

(This method may ruin your pan, but if it's some sort of heavy metal, then it should be fine)

  • Sorry for the tardy response I resently moved so I haven't checked messages. What I would do is make sure your oven is hot enough mininum 450 degress C then I make sure that if using a tray it is placed on bottom of oven floor. I use a pizza stone, but I am quite certain that oven floor will work. Make sure evry now and again you rotate your pizza. Good luck. Pleae let me know how it goes for you.

    Cheers

    Sandy

  • Great recipe.Try to get a better camera or work on your camera skills.I love your pizza!!!!!!

  • Ok, well done for being brave and making your video. If you'd like advice on making better audio, I am happy to help you. Personally I think your dough looks too hard! hehe but I dig the chest shot, so I'll let you off! (although very interesting about the salt)

  • Hi there...I just watched your pizza dough video. You really have a nice personality. I would have liked to see the shaping techniques of the dough when you put it in the pan. Also, a good idea to tell viewers at what temperature to bake the pizza and for how long. You did a really awesome job and look forward to more of your videos

  • i liked your video!

  • You should wear the shirt forever

  • LOL

  • where did you get that cool shirt??

  • It's by Ed Hardy. I bougt it at Sporting Life here in Canada.

  • It's so coll! I love it! PS: Great video

  • Don't let them make you feel bad about yourself your not fat he just has no life so he/she ( i dunno) trys to ruin someone elses

  • Sorry but the audio is very bad, you didn´t show the pizza montage, how did you cut, didn´t show detais... so.. I hope the pizza be better than this video.

  • The audio is really bad I agree, but the video was abut the pizza dough only. I just thought I would show the pizzas later. I will probably post a new on about roll it out, and oven temps as well as putting the pizzas on a peel and onto the stone etc etc.

    Thank you for your comments.

  • Mmmm.... pizza yum yum :D

  • nice job, shame about the idiot comments, you can just deleat them.

  • If you use a pizza stone.... it would be helpful to see how you put the dough on the stone. I usually just crumple mine up after patting it into a circle and slowing allow it to drape onto the stone then I have to restretch it a bit back into a circle. Then I bake the crust for about 10 minutes. I don't have a peel/ peal. Anyway, nice video.

  • you're fat...fix it.

  • ROFL!

  • HAHA, you were really giving it to that dough, Ooh yeah.

  • Great video. Very helpful.

  • Beautiful Beauty and the Basic Pizza.

    Yummy!

  • I love pizza ,but i love you more are you latin

    mi amor

  • its like ur reporting from a crinme scene from the voice overs u got there!!

  • Really erotic when you were doin the dough on the bench.. yahoooooo!

  • Love your hair;)

  • I'm so happy you're doing cooking demos because it's truly a work of love and a chance to be creative with quality controlled, wholesome, unprocessed food. The art of homecooking is being lost these days because more ppl are ordering take out or dining out-which is fine-but I definitely think we should take the time to get back in the kitchen and appreciate and share a home cooked meal more often. Kudos!

  • Thank you so much. I only hope that I can inspire people to get back in the kitchen and try and have some fun with it.

    Happy Cooking!

  • i like to let mine rise, roll it out, then let it rise again before topping it and baking it.

the sound quality is a little screwy here, might wanna get a new mic for recording voice overs. otherwise great first video!

  • Thank you. When I watched it I thought I sounded a little alien like and I agree about the voice over. Thanks for your comments.
