In Jappanesse, the names are not "first name-last name", but "last name-first name", example, "bob jackson" would be "jackson bob"... she is Nogizaka, last name Haruka, for they use subfixes such as -Chan, -San, -Sama, -Sensei, and the prefix O- for "great", like "Onii-san" would be the respectful form of "older brother", Nee-san,-chan for older or younger Sister, and so on.

So she IS Nogizaka Haruka. "-no himitsu" means "the secret of", being "the Secret of Nogizaka Haruka"

@PVumbe As far as I'm concerned, this show had no ending. No drastic change in the dude (forgot his name) and Haruka's relationship occurs, they just kinda come close to kissing/getting it on. That's it, after, what was it, like 14 episodes, and they kiiinda almost kiss. At least in School Days there's a rising action, climax, and falling action.
