It's the Cherubikon. We use the same setting at my Russian parish, to English words:
"We who, in a mystery, represent the Cherubim, and with them sing the thrice-holy hymn to the life-giving Trinity: let us now lay aside all the cares of this life, that we may receive the King of all, invisibly upborne in triumph by the ranks of Angels. Allleuia! Allleuia! Alleluia!"
