I think Sekai should've lived because, for one, I think a girl can tell if they're pregnant or not and you have to think, the baby is a little cell that's producing at first and you can't notice it for a few weeks. Thus, it makes Kotonoha a liar for killing Sekai. This is why I think she should've lived, that and she was my favorite character out of the whole show including Setsuna and Otome. :) I do believe that Kotonoha should've died...
